“Nightmare. terrible, noisy, infested”

−1. We arrived 7PM, were left waiting on the curb for an hour even though the owner knew when we were coming. Supposedly one machine didn't work. The real reason was the flat has a piping problem with sewage smell coming up. They tried airing out the flat. Electronic dispensers in every room squirt out perfume every 30sec. Makes it worse. 2. The flat is advertised as "charming holiday apartment with sea view and a pool". In reality it's a block of flats where local families live, in the middle of concrete beehive. The pictures advertise three pools, you only get access to the smallest, which was closed 3 of 7 days we were there. 3. There is construction of new tower blocks on two sides of the building. Heavy machinery starts 6.30AM, finishes 5PM. There is a boarded up old electrical plant on third side awaiting demolition. Construction will go on for years. 4. Several units in our and adjacent buildings were under construction. Neighbor flat was going through total renovation, demolishing walls, moving the bathroom within the flat, sledge hammers, pneumatic drills, circular saw on balcony etc. Every day 7AM-5PM, including the weekend. “Spacious and comfortable”
+The apartment was spacious, well located within walking distance to the beach. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. AC worked well. The property has a pool, though we didn’t use it.

“Perfect stay”
+The apartment was perfect exceptionally clean very comfortable furniture inside and out. Lovely large terrace with a view of the sea. Three good sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds and pillows. Bedding was spotless. Kitchen extremely well equipped. Washing machine works perfectly too. Will be returning next year.

“Exceptional stay wonderful apartment and Rafa is an exceptional host.”
+Everything it was probably the cleanest apartment I have ever rented. Kitchen was well stocked and everything worked as expected. The apartment was very spacious and nice to have a shower room and full family bathroom with bath. There were 3 of us and everyone likes different things with beds and pillows but all 3 of us found them comfortable and again extremely clean. Terrace has a lovely sea view and is spacious and comfortable to sit out on. Rafa was amazing. Communication was excellent and he was always responsive and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The communal areas are also very clean and well maintained. The pool was lovely.

−Die Waschmaschine war kaputt und wurde leider trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage beim Vermieter nicht repariert, der Fahrstuhl war kaputt und wurde die ganze Woche unseres Aufenthaltes sehr geräuschvoll von früh bis spät neu eingebaut. Zusätzlich ist vor der Wohnung direkt eine Großbaustelle. Der Doppellärm machte den Mittagsschlaf unseres kleinen Kindes in der Wohnung quasi unmöglich. Wir mussten Lappen, Schwämme und Klopapier selber besorgen, da von allem zu wenig oder gar nichts vorhanden war.

“Wyjazd bardzo udany, miejsce godne polecenia”
+Obiekt blisko morza, spacerkiem 6-7 minut, piękny widok z tarasu. W lokalu pralka i zmywarka, przy dłuższym pobycie bardzo pomocne. Basen zadbany, czysty. Obiekt położony blisko lotniska, w spokojnej okolicy. Do centrum ok. 10-15 minut taksówką.
−Brakowało kapsułek do zmywarki i pralki. Poza tym było wszystko co potrzebne. Niestety za oknem trwa budowa i od godz. 7.00 robi się głośno. Po południu cicho i spokojnie.
