“I had a pleasant stay”

+It was nice to have a little studio apartment to spread out and relax for a few days. Perfect for one person.
−It would have been helpful to have more crockery (eg dinner plate and side dish), another glass (only a wine glass and coffee mug provided), and a microwave as there was no way to heat meals other than stove top. It would have been nice to have a jug of water in the fridge as well as it was very hot. The stairwell needs attention as it was very dirty.

−I honestly do not understand how a place can receive more than 10 reviews complaining about the pillows being “like rocks” or “tree trunks” and still not replace them. They clearly know about the issue and simply do not care. I ended up with neck pain and torticollis after sleeping there. When I asked about it, they told me they had already changed them, which was obviously not true. The amenities were ridiculously cheap. Tiny tiny sachets of soap and shampoo. I needed to ask for more. Completely unacceptable and miserly hospitality. Just one tiny garbage bag for 4 days stay. The building entrance and staircase were dirty. A nice decoration inside the apartment is not enough. The entrance, stairs and overall access to the property are also part of the guest experience. The cleaning lady knocked on my door 10 minutes before checkout time with a rude attitude, basically pushing me out. Because of the pressure and stress, I forgot a beautiful pajama I had brought with me. Never happened to me something like this. This place feels like people trying to “play hotel” without understanding what hospitality actually means. My advice: if you stay here, bring your own pillow unless you want

+Value for the price. Great location. Comfortable and cosy. Everything you need for a short-stay visit to Sofia.
−Thin walls means it can get noisy when all studios are busy. Shower drain had a strong smell.

+・The room is just so cute,I absolutely loved it. Watching the snow fall through the window was beautiful, and on sunny days, the blue sky looked amazing. This room made me fall in love with Sofia. ・It’s a cozy space, but it has everything you need, including a kitchenette and a good shower. I didn't feel any inconvenience at all. ・The communication was nice. When I struggled with how to use the stove, they replied to my message immediately and were very helpful. ・The Wi-Fi was excellent. I had no issues at all with Zoom calls or even uploading videos.
