+First of all, the owner, Nikos, is a very helpful guy. He helped us with all our problems outside the house without complaining. He guided us and gave advice. He explained everything in detail, where to go and where to eat. As for the room we stayed in; the house is completely renovated, and you just need to bring your suitcase. There's an iron, washing machine and detergent, a refrigerator, an oven, a TV in every room, WiFi, and best of all, a robot vacuum cleaner that cleans as soon as we leave. Also, Nikos put water in our fridge when we first arrived so we wouldn't be without water. And he left small treats at our door, a very thoughtful gesture. The location of the house is very close to the sea, less than a minute away. There's a beautiful beach in front and a nice seafood restaurant in the same location. Rent it without hesitation, we were very satisfied.

“The best spot in Komi!”
+An incredible stay from start to finish. The pictures DO NOT do this place justice! It is perfect in every way. Modern, updated, spacious. Two balconies, a washing machine with detergent, two aircons, a shower with amazing water pressure, full size fridge, two couches, parking, one minute walk to the main drag and beach of Komi and lots of great little restaurants. Plus Nikos and Irini were just the sweetest - we saw them many times during our stay (they were very respectful and didn't encroach at all) and it turns out that we know Irini's uncle who lives in Boston - such a small world!! Cannot recommend this place enough - 100 stars!!!!

+Wonderful Stay at Lily House! My experience at Lily House in the Komi region of Chios was fantastic. The host, Nikos, was incredibly attentive and accommodating, making sure all our requests were met. The house is just a short walk to the beach,no more than a minute! The location is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the sea and relax. The property was very clean and equipped with modern, new furnishings, which made our stay even more comfortable. I am already looking forward to returning next year. Thank you so much, Nikos, for everything!

“Exceptional”
+The house was luxurious as its name suggests. A 5-star experience. It exceeded our expectations. Everything was like in our own home. 2 air conditioners, a microwave oven, a nice fridge and a magnificent bathroom. The interior design of the house was also given great importance. We could easily meet the needs of our 2-year-old child. We really loved this place.

“The best place to relax your mind and forget the time”
+We initially booked 9 nights and then extended it to 1 more night as we liked it very much. - It's during off-peak seasons and the Komi beach was quiet. - The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need and is quiet, so you can have a relaxing and stress-free holiday. - The Wi-Fi was very fast, GREAT! - The host was very nice as well. It's great to catch up with you in person Nikos! Thank you, Nikos & Eirini.
−- The sign direction to the property was insufficient. It wasn't easy to find it, even our taxi driver couldn't find it and he had to call the host. - It would be great if a vacuum cleaner were provided so the long-stay guests could also clean the floor before mopping it :) - This is our personal preference: the bed is too hard for us - NOT YOUR FAULT NIKOS :)

+The place was great. Big enough, very clean and close to the beach. The Komi beach too was great. Calm, beautiful sea and enough cafeterias to drink and eat. Will definitely come back again.

+Lily is a perfect place for staying in Komi. The apartment is very clean and new. Coffee machine, laundry machine, two televisions, huge bed… Everything is placed for you. Nicholas and his wife are super nice, kind and good. They are trying to do everything to keep you comfort and relax. The location is incredibly good. Almost 40 seconds by walking to go to beach. I strongly recommend Komi Bay and Lily Apartment. I hope we will be there again in next year.
