“Felt like home and the location was terrific”
+The location was superb. Right in the middle of everything plus easy access to Fondamente Nove ferries was a nice surprise. Kitchen was nicely outfitted for a long visit. (Maybe add one more big stir spoon - like a wooden spoon?) Be sure to try to become a regular at the wonderful spot called Cibo & Vino in the square. So delicious. Other great restaurants very near!
−Before arriving, I was a bit worried about the loft situation but since there is a bathroom upstairs it worked out fine. The stairs are not difficult unless you have some serious mobility issues. I had one small issue w water but the technician was quickly called and the matter addressed.

“Spacious accommodations in a beautiful city!”
+This large apartment was great! Getting to the upstairs loft after a long day of sightseeing and walking was a bit of a challenge for an older gal, but that's a critique of my ability not the apartment. The owner met us weary travelers out in the nearest square, and if you know Venice at all, you'll know that walking down narrow alleys is definitely something you'll experience. It was nice for first-timers not to have to do that alone. She walked us up to the gate, showed us how everything worked, and later responded very promptly to a question about getting onto the wifi. I was impressed.
−Location was nice, but farther from the canal 'bus stop' than I thought. Still, totally worth it for a great place to stay.

+The location was good. Because locations closer to the center are too crowded, but this one was perfect. Stuff was good also.

−We had a little confusion for key pickup. We thought we had to go to the door shown in the photograph we were sent, and did not understand that someone would be waiting in the small square. So we rang the bell of the door in the photo and the people who answered new nothing out us. So a few tense moments until we met the women who came for us.

“Beautiful well equipped apartment in a great location.”
+It is a beautiful apartment in a beautiful Venetian house with a courtyard and canal exit. Location is great, in my favourite part of Venice. House is well equipped and hosts are responsive and nice. I plan to stay here next time I come to Venice.
