“Okay for short stay”
+Ambient in the apartment is nice, and it is good that the market is in front of the building.
−First of all I was not able to sleep because the elevator was so noisy. The way it sounded definitely is not normal, and it’s a sign that something is either worn out or some bolts have loosened. The noise was so strong that it feels as if the lift equipment were inside this room, not next to it. The owner told me that the lift is fine and it’s functioning like that. Which was so strange for me. So, be careful if you have sensitive sleeping. Second is a pressure of water when you use shower. It is because of tankless water heater. Location is also not so good if you are alone as a girl. The beds are old and not comfortable. Especially in the living room, was hard to sit longer time there.

“Exceeded my expectations”
+The attention to detail inside of the apartment gives it a homey feel, very well thought out, you can tell that the host really put care into putting it together. Another thing that I really liked was that there were some supplies like laundry detergent.

“No fire alams, smoke detectors or fire evacuation plan from 6th floor apartment.”
+The apartment itself is good. Clean, tidy with everything you need. Even some cute home made items you can buy.
−No smoke detectors, no fire alarms, no adequate fire escape or evacuation plan from the 6th floor. The lift goes to floor 5 then there is a spiral staircase to the loft space apartment, effectively on floor 6. I didn't realise that the lift sropped at floor 5. There is no alternative fire escape from floor 6. There is a stairwell from ground floor to floor 5 that is marked as a fire escape, however there are no smoke detectors or fire alarms in the stairwell any every fire door on every dloor was permanently held open with a door stop. It seems all apartments are privately owned or long tern rental with people living in them. When i asked owner about the fire evacuation procedure and the location of any alarms, I was told that there is no cooking hob or gas cylinder in The Lighthouse and why am I scared. Im fairly certain all of the other apartments have cooking facilities and fire hazards since they are residential. And what if there is a fire in the rickety old lift shaft? I was booked to stay here 2 weeks, I had to leave immediately as I was so worried and wouldnt have slept. The messages from the owner were at times very abrupt and rude. “Great value apartment in a prime location”
+The apartment offers very good value for money , a fair and well-balanced option for its price. Excellent location in the Mackenzie area: just a short walk to the beach and an easy walk to the city center. A very supportive and responsive host, always ready to help with any questions or requests , especially valuable for a longer stay. There is a compact kitchenette suitable for light use rather than full cooking: toaster, kettle, microwave, and fridge. There is no kitchen sink or stove, but this was not an issue for me personally. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout the entire stay. The apartment features two balconies , one located off the kitchen area and the other in the bedroom. There is a partial view of the sea over the rooftops. A great café nearby , Valia , offers an affordable way to take away freshly prepared local dishes.
−Soundproofing in the building is limited, with occasional noise from the elevator in the stairwell. The shower does not allow precise temperature adjustment; only two settings are available: non-heated or 40 degrees.

+The apartment was very clean, the host was kind enough to make our beds as we arrived really late at night. The decorations made the apartment look really cozy and nice. There was a small kitchinette, washing machine, iron, hair dryer and air conditioning. The bus station was near the building. The host has allowed us stay more at the accomodation.
−The bathroom was quite small

+The property is very well equipped and organized. You can find everything you need. There's plenty of details connected with the sea which makes a good atmosphere. The location is quite good - close to the airport and to the beach. The bus stop is exactly at the property, the mini market is 50 meters away. The walk to the palm promenade takes about 25 minutes.
−There's a very loud noise of the elevator engine which is located next to the apartment.

“Super!”
+Przytulny, przestronny i czysty apartament. Duży plus za widok na morze. Bardzo dobrze działająca klimatyzacja. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

“Azt kaptuk, amit ezért az árért elvártunk.”
+- Tömegközlekedéssel egyszerű megközelítés a reptérről - a 425-ös busz a ház előtt áll meg (Danny's Minimarket-nél, ez a megálló a hivatalos menetrendben nincs is feltűntetve). - 2 kicsi erkelyről rálátni a tengerre. - A belváros 1/2 óra gyalog, vagy 5 perc a 425-ös busszal. - Kedves és rugalmas a szállásadó. - Minden tiszta és rendezett. - Több EU hálózati adapter állt rendelkezésre. - Mivel a hálózati vízet nem tanácsos inni, ballonban és kancsóban elő volt készítve ivóvíz. - A Danny's Minimarket minden nap nyitva tart, olyan, mint egy kis vegyesbolt. (Fontos, mert Lárnaka-ban nincs szupermarket és hypermarket.)
−- A fürdőszoba nagyon kicsi. - Nagyon alacsony a víznyomás. - Csak a zuhanyzóban lehet meleg vizet készíteni Ááfolyós elektromos vízmelegítővel. a mosdócsapnál NINCS melegvíz! - Mosogató NINCS. - A lift hangosan kattog és az 5 emeletes házban bárki használja, a hangos kattogást mindenütt lehet hallani.
