“Good location, but I never met anyone associated with the place and this seems poor.”
+The location was excellent.
−Upon arrival, I contacted the host for a key or some way to get into my room. They responded with directions on which room was mine, and the code to the door. I tried one door upstairs and one door downstairs. My complaint is that after I found a way to get into what I thought was my room, they came back stating my room was actually upstairs. The whole thing was silly, the code worked on the downstairs door and although they insisted my room with the "yellow" door upstairs, I couldn't get into it. Plus the toilet was running constantly, and based on my initial contact with them, I found a way to stop the toilet from running.

“Excellent!”
+Location is excellent, close to everything including marina bus stop. Best hot shower we’ve had in Greece. Staff were flexible with check-out time which was appreciated as we had a late afternoon bus.

“Great spot, clean and characterful.”
+The position was great and the rooms were well equipped and very clean. Very pretty inside
−It was in a pedestrianised area which made it a little bit difficult with big suitcases

“Good location but everything else pretty poor”
+Good location and comfortable bed
−Cockroach in the room. Shower was unpleasant and didn’t get warm. Insane system for getting the code to the door and only one keycard for the room.

+Great atmosphere in the room on the second floor - high ceilings, super comfy bed, very spacious.
−It was a bit noisy but considering that it is in the city center it was ok.

“Terrible. Unclean. Unsafe. Humidity.”
+DO NOT GO!! Terrible place to stay
−- unclean - found some insects and flies inside on the check-in day. - it is not a hotel. No reception whatsover. You need to call a number all the time - no soup, toilette paper, towels. We had to request them. - The room does not get cleaned (eventhough they say it is cleaned every 2 days). - floaded sink - full of humidity - very close to the street without any front door lock or key. Not safe. - our room door was forced (previous to our stay). - the room had an internal room with electronics (idk) which made some noise. Worst of all is that it is not cheap!!!!
