“Relaxing, in a great environment!”
+Great views, super local shops and restaurants, and beautiful walks on the SW coastal path. The harbour was a real treat, and we had great weather so could go for a swim whent he tide was high!
−Parking access - had to pay additional to park in the main car park in the village, and then a steep walk up to the property. A good way to get fit though!

+Beautiful period property and comfortably furnished. Bedrooms all very spacious and everything spotlessly clean.
−Although we were aware of its location and no parking, it was a bit disappointing that the pathway at the rear was not maintained or lit up at nighttime. This would have helped with the long walk back from the car park back to the house as there is no footpath to go via the road. It is exceptionally steep and uneven. The steps into the property from the roadside and at the rear on the pathway are super steep and plentiful.

“Great location thanks to the path into the town. Very spacious with a lovely outdoor area.”
−There wasn't enough toilet paper in either bathroom (1 roll in each) and there was only 1 refuse sack provided. I think 2 of each would have been more suitable for a group of 6 adults. Parking was always going to be tricky but we knew what to expect before we arrived. The front path down to Old Road could do with a strim in some places to as there are brambles growing across the path.

+Boscastle is a great location. We had great weather. The house was great for us.
−If you had young children it would be a problem accessing it down lots of steps. We couldn't work out when rubbish day was. It certainly wasn't Wednesday the day suggested in the information pack.

+It was spacious. It was clean. It has lots of facilities. The view was wonderfull.
−The bathroom was too small and you can not take shower easilly. The handle of the door of the bathroom did not work properly when you want to open from inside. No parking.
