“Nice place with a leaking air conditioner.”
+Location was great! Property was nice.
−We were promised that the dripping air conditioner in the bedroom, above the door would be fixed. No one contacted us to tell us otherwise. When we returned late that night, it was still leaking and I called the property. Only then, was I told that they could not fix it until after our stay. No amount of refund was offered. One couple in the group had to keep a bucket in the doorway, meaning that they could not close the bedroom door for privacy.

+Love the place too bad there is no elevator. After a long day exploring it was murder climbing the stairs to get into the apt.

“Very good”
+The location is outstanding. The staff were responsive to requests, though not always helpful. The unit was very clean. Mirko was extremely helpful with the luggage, making multiple trips up/down 4 flights of stairs!
−We had 7 people, yet only 2 keys.. The apt is on the 4th floor. 2 of the upstair air conditioners weren't working, but they repaired them the following day. There are no soap holders of any kind in 2 of 3 bathrooms. We requested extra pillows and blankets, but none were available. Shower water pressure was not that good, but plenty of hot water.

“Great experience with an amazing location.”
+Property was very clean. We were informed about the number of stairs (80+).
−Communication with property was strong at first but not as strong towards the end of our stay.

“Esperienza pessima.
