“Nice location, parking available, problematic communication, and cleaning issues”
+The ideal location, right next to Villanova area, and the parking, very useful when you travel by car. The ample space and the equipment - even though didn't use much.
−This commentary will be a bit lengthy, so as not to leave any misunderstandings and loose ends - I already had many messages exchange with the owner, that got a little out of hand (on his part). I let asside the misunderstanding with the arrival time (I had changed it through Booking as for the other 3 establishments I stayed in Sardegna with no issue, but in Leonardo's they say they mixed up, ok, I accepted that). My main objection is the smell on the linen (towels and bed sheets and pillows), probably poorly washed and not properly dried, something previous guest have commented on, so I saw no point on asking the owner to bring us new ones - he was aware of the problem and it was already late when we entered the apartment and had already exchanged many text and so on. Also, I did ask for double pillow cases to avoid the smell of the pillows as much as possible and I was not heard. “Posizione ottima per visitare Cagliari.”
+Posizione ottima per visitare Cagliari. Ambiente accogliente. Nonostante la posizione l'appartamento è molto silenzioso. Letti e cuscini comodissimi.

+A casa era como anunciado, com tudo que é preciso! Localização é ótima. O anfitrião esteve sempre disponível, respondendo de pronto a dúvidas, deixou tudo bem explicado e ainda nos ajudou muito com o late checkout. Super recomendo!
