“Fabulous Apartment”
+Great location. Spotless. Lots of room. We were a group of 5 ladies aged 60. We all loved it.
−Only issue, and we were aware of this in advance, is having to haul your suitcase up more than 40 steps on arrival.

“Owners overstep boundaries”
+Location waa rateable walking distance to everything.
−The owners knocking on door at 9.40, returning again at 9.53 and standing at the kitchen table until we left. Apartment was in the same condition as we found it. Family trip 8 of us. Have never experienced this period from owners, it was unnecessary, they said air-conditioning wasn't working and that's why they were there, however air-conditioning worked perfectly for us over the 2 days. Bathrooms need a proper clean, when I bought up the mouldy bathroom, owner didnt want to know about it. Mould in grout BLACK thick mould around glass and base, Sachets of liquid soap for shower, soap holder mouldy in shower. Soap container in bathroom looks like it came from and op shop. Toilet seat broken. After we arrived, someone arrived after 3 with dish sponge and toilet paper. The sink sponges were yuk. These owners need to be shown how to be professional in their letting cleaning and respect towards guest paying a premium. Convenience of location, and number of beds were ideal for a larger party. Bonus past guest have left salt pepper coffee sugar. PAM Supermarket on corner. Needs a proper clean. Owners shouldn't be hoovering inside premise, it was EXTREMELY DISTASTEFUL.

“Great location and plenty of room, wish beds were more comfortable”
+Location, cleanliness, responsive host and functioning a/c in every room. Refrigerator was nice and cold, plenty of beds plus the couch to sleep 7. Washing machine and drying rack were very convenient.
−Mattresses were too hard, nobody slept comfortably. Toilet seats were broken in both bathrooms which required care when using the toilet. I reached out to the host regarding the toilets and they will fix them.

“Unpleasant experience and uncaring caretaker.”
+The location was good.
−Stayed 2 days. On second floor without elevator. Check in time requested was not provided. Unit was very hot the entire first day. Second day again A/C did not cool the unit sufficiently even with all window shutters closed and lights out. One bedroom the A/C did not cool at all. No Wifi and TV the first day. Had to wait and meet with the Wifi repair man the second day. Beds and pillows were very hard. Toilet seat broken. Shower button broken and shower kept turning off. One of the two fans was broken. Baby crib was broken necessitating us to rent a crib and have it delivered at an extra charge. No coffee pot. Tea pot inside looked unpleasant. Caretaker/Cleaning women was not receptive to our concerns!!

“Excellent location, ideal apartment for 6 people and would definitely book again”
+Lots of space, rooms were all very good size and beds very comfortable. Location was excellent and plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby

−Not super clean. Need to vacuum around and under couch. Dishes were wet. No paper towels or clean sponges. We stayed awhile and planned on cooking, A book or note on the apartment would have been nice. Like how to work this type of stove. Where extra things are. A starter kit would be nice in kitchen.

“Ernüchternd”
+Die Lage ist bei dieser Unterkunft natürlich ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Direkt neben der Unterkunft befindet sich ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen, Kleine Kaffees, Bars und alle Sehenwürdigkeiten sind sehr schnell erreichbar. Am Bahnhof ist man in 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und 2 von 3 Zimmern sind geräumig und die Betten in diesen 2 Zimmern waren gut.
−Das 3. Zimmer ist sehr klein, die Betten waren nicht wirklich gut (ich habe 3 Nächte sehr schlecht, bis garnicht geschlafen). In den 2 großen Zimmern waren ordentliche Bettdecken (wir waren Ende Oktober dort, es war schon recht kalt) im 3. Zimmer waren lediglich Baumwolllacken und ein Überwurf. Wir haben uns in der ersten Nacht mit allen Decken, die wir in diesem Zimmer finden konnten beholfen. Am 2 Tag habe ich mich mit dem Vermieter via Whatsapp in Verbindung gesetzt, dieser meinte, es befinden sich Bettdecken unter den Betten. Nach langer Suche, fanden wir in den anderen Zimmern dann 2 zusätzliche Bettdecken. Zumindest war uns nichtmehr kalt. Oberflächlich war die Wohnung gereinigt, aber recht staubig. In den Badezimmern (2) befanden sich jeweils 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier für 6 Erwachsene für 3 Übernachtungen. Wir haben welches nachgekauft. Das ganze Gebäude ist unglaublich hellhörig, wirklich ruhig war es nie (vor allem, wenn man wegen dem schlechten Bett nicht schlafen kann). Und es zieht bei allen Fenstern. In dem kleinen Zimmer hatte ich sogar das Gefühl, dass es durch die Decke oder die Wände zieht. In einem der 2 Bäder wurde der Abfluss wahrscheinliche lange nicht gereinigt

+Das beste war die super Lage. Küche ausreichend
−Es hat sehr an Sauberkeit gemangelt. Teller mussten wir nochmal spülen, am Unterrand noch Essen vom Vorgänger. Alles staubig. Wohnung sehr abgewohnt. Zuwenig Geschirrtücher(1) für 4 Tage und 5 Personen. Im Bad noch Zahnpastareste vom Vorgänger an den Kacheln. Keine Kaffeemaschine. Keine Spülmaschine. Sofa durchgesessen. Einige Stühle neigen sich die Beine nach aussen. Dusche schimmelig. 1 Badetuch und 1 Handtuch pro Person für 4 Tage zu wenig. Toilettendeckel defekt wurde direkt am 1. Tag angezeigt , keine Reparatur.

−Er was in eerste instantie geen warm water. We hebben zelf de boiler/ketel aangezet. Er waren 2 badkamers met douche; de waterdruk was nogal laag. We hebben geen contact kunnen leggen met de beheerder van de accommodatie.
