+It was peaceful; the hosts are very kind and polite and will help you with anything you need, my girlfriend and I had a lovely time there.

“Unacceptable.”
−At the entrance you pass through the garbage, dustbins. You have to go through the living space (covered corridor) of the host family where you look and smell the kitchen, look their bedroom, all their furniture outside on this passageway (imagine a storage room) Then you pass through the neighbour guest terrace in front of their window and reach your dark room. „Our house is located on the sea and each apartment has a full or partial sea view” was promised on my question. Instead, there stands a big building masked by 2-3 meters distance standing plants. You have a basement feeling. The room is small without any lights except a ceiling lamp. If you take photos, you are called to avoid their private places! The "beach" is nice but so small (about 2 meters) that you cannot lay there and the surrounding is as ugly and disappointing as the whole place.

“I will not be back, and do not recommend.”
+It might be a nice location in the summer.
−The apartment was dirty & had bugs. I could not sleep as a result.

“Pleasant”
+The host we really kind and welcoming and enable us to enter the flat earlier than foreseen. The private beach spot just a few steps from the flat is a hidden paradise with crystal water and an incredibly beautiful at sunset. Free private parking available for each flat is a thing to consider in Rab
−The flat would really need some extra maintenance. Air conditioner was too noisy and with a strange smell. You can heavily smelt mold while sleeping there and wake up with an headache

“A hidden treasure”
+The apartment is located in a wonderful place next to a small beach making you feel that it is your own private beach! The owners also have a nice restaurant overlooking the sea where you can dine and relax. They are polite and the house was clean with all necessary facilities. We really enjoyed it!

+Świetne, spokojne miejsce na odpoczynek z dala od miejskiego szumu i zgiełku. Prywatna plaża z pięknym widokiem. Wspaniali i bardzo mili właściciele. Baterie naładowane w 100%. Polecam

+Maja in Ervin čudovita gostitelja. Lokacija super in mirna. Plaža blizu, brez gneče. Sigurno se še vrnemo na uživanje.
