+The apartment is very spacious. In the summer, there are air conditioners, which is a lifesaver in the heat. The subway is a 3-minute walk away, and there are plenty of 24-hour convenience stores nearby (GS, CU, 7-Eleven). Trash sorting bags have already been purchased in advance, and bottles of water will be waiting for you in the fridge upon your arrival. In the bathroom, there is shower gel, shampoo, and some other toiletries. We are very satisfied with our stay. Thank you.
−The washing machine was dirty, but that was the result of use by the previous tenants, so the landlord can't do anything about it. There's a place 10 minutes from the apartments where washing machines and dryers are available , you can use those instead. In one of the rooms, the air conditioner has a strange smell.

+Lots of amenities - really appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, detergent, etc. and things tucked away (iron, hair dryer) even if we didn't use them. The washing machine was fantastic to have access to!
−More common space would have been nice but worth it for the three beds!!

“Clean, quiet, and spacious stay for three people in the perfect location”
+The location was fantastic! It was close to the multiple subway lines and an airport bus stop, as well as walking distance to all that the Dongdaemun area has to offer, but among all the hustle and bustle of the city, this stay was still so quiet and peaceful! We also like the cleanliness and spaciousness of the place. There was a washer AND dryer (a rare find for may stays in Seoul) and more clotheslines than I’ve ever seen in one place. The host was also responsive and helpful. We loved our time staying here and would absolutely stay here again!
−The toilet itself was a little cramped, but that was more of an annoyance than a dealbreaker.

“大変満足しています！また韓国に行くことがあれば利用しようと思います！”
+東大門歴史公園駅３番出口から徒歩2分程で迷うことなく見つけられました！ チェックイン前に荷物だけ預けることもできとても助かりました！到着時お掃除中だったのでたまたま施設の人と出会しましたがとても感じがよく、カタコトの英語でも対応してくださり助かりました！ 施設内はこぢんまりはしていますが、ロフトもついていて大人1人子供2人で過ごすには十分でした！ 冷房もしっかり効くし、シャワーのお湯も温度も出るお湯の量も問題無し！快適に過ごせました！ マルチコンセントが設置してあったので、USBタイプの充電器などを持っていけば、SEタイプの変換器ものをわざわざ購入していかなくても大丈夫でした！ 冷蔵庫も広く、コンビニで色んなものを買って置いておけたのでよかったです。 コンビニも駅出口から施設に行くまでの間や周辺にいくつかあるので快適です！ 普通のホテルより気を使わずゆったりと過ごせてとても良かったです。
−シャワーとトイレに仕切りの壁やカーテンがなかったのでビチョビチョに、なるので乾くまでトイレの利用が少し大変でした。

“次に5人以上で行く時は必ず泊まりたいお宿です！”
+センスの良いインテリアと、色々と備品に対する配慮もあり快適な4日間でした。 部屋の防音が良いのか扉を閉めたら隣の部屋の音もリビングの音も聞こえずプライベートを守りながら過ごす事ができました。
−3泊でバスタオルが1枚でした。洗濯機はありましたので洗えば良いのですが、予備があると良いと思います。

“可以體驗一下周圍環境，就在光熙門正後方，但不算很方便”
+建議從 Airbnb 看房源比較準確，這裡是兩間不同方案的照片(個人只拍了閣樓裡面的照片，樓下東西太多，有點亂所以沒拍)， 這次三個人住是住四人(木頭色調有閣樓的)，房間有點小， 有小廚房(有煎鍋、煮鍋、刀、剪刀、一個電磁爐、微波爐、咖啡機，但沒有抽油煙機，一樓也沒有對外窗)，可以簡單的自煮。 有洗衣機也有提供洗衣粉(個人很喜歡這個味道 推推) 浴室小小的，洗完整間浴室都全濕，有提供刮水刀，但還是不算很充裕的空間， 閣樓上去門口有點小，小心撞到頭，但是床不錯睡，有個桌板可以嵌在上去後的通道上(有一個門口＋窗簾＋桌板的照片可以參考)， 整體真的很小間，非常小間，如果四個人來住，感覺會非常擁擠，只有兩個人，不會太推薦這家，應該還有更好的選擇。 走上來的坡道很陡，帶行李會比較辛苦，離地鐵站走起來約 5-7 分鐘看人，但是最近的出口沒有電梯手扶梯，不算很方便， 附近修車場、化工行比較多，逛街還是要走回 DDP 才比較適合觀光， 整體而言，住起來沒有不行，但可能體驗一下即可。
−同上所述理由，因此這裡是可以參考的住宿，但是要考量一下個人的需求與行李、交通

“Un appartement bien situé et cosy, avec des lits confortables.”
+L'emplacement est très bien. Facilement accessible depuis le métro, et à proximité de nombreux endroits où manger et se balader. L'appartement est agréable avec une décoration cosy de la salle commune. Les lits sont confortables. L'hôte (par mail) est réactif et répond très rapidement et efficacement aux questions.
−L'appartement est bien agencé mais plutôt petit et peu lumineux. La pièce commune est cosy, mais elle n'a pas de fenêtre et n'est pas très grande. Il n'y a que des chaises, pas de canapé ou fauteuil. La grande fenêtre qui donne sur la murail (et la rue - calme - qui est devant) est dans une des chambres et elle ne s'ouvre pas. Sur les photos, il y a des photos des 2 logements mitoyens. Lorsque les deux logements sont occupés, on entend un peu les occupants du logements mitoyens.

+Erinomainen sijainti ja viihtyisästi sisustettu. Pieneen tilaan oli tehty järkevät sisustusratkaisut, ja kaikki tarvittava löytyi huoneistosta.
−Yllätyimme siitä, ettei huoneistossa ollut ikkunoita. Ikävää oli myös pari torakkaa, jotka kohtasimme asunnossa.

“창문 없는 좌측, 예약시 꼭 확인 하세요!!”
+깨끗한 편인데 조명이 어두워서 먼지있는지 잘 보이지 않고 창문이 없어서 반지하 냄새같은 것이 살짝 났다. 계단 세개 정도 아래에 있긴하다. 실제로 부모님이 말씀하신 부분.. 여기 반지하같다..라고 말씀하심. 환기. 안돼서 답답하고.. 사진이. 멋있어서 예약한것인데 창문 없는 숙소 일줄은 상상도 못했고 이런 상황이면 창문 없는방 이라고 예약시. 알 수 있어야 한다!! 세금포함 평일 이십일만 팔천원 결제 했는데 창문 없는 줄알았으면 결제 안했다. 그리고 침대도 싱글침대두개. 에 세명 이었는데 다락방에 올라가서 자야 했는지?? 무섭게 생겨서 쳐다보지도 않았다. 욕실은 깨끗했으나 좁아서 아무도 샤워안함.. 부모님 모시고간 소중한 벚꽃여행이었는데 너무 죄송한 마음들었다. 그나마 다행인건 여기서 1박만 했다는게 다행이었다..ㅜㅜ 의자도 사진속 통나무 의자 밖에 없고 윗면이 경사져서 앉기에도 너무 작고 불편했다.. ㅜㅜ 우리는 작은 백팩 가방이었지만 트렁크 펼칠 공간은 있는지.. 사진이 너무 넓어보이고 쾌적해보이는데.. 좌측 방은 비추이다. 예약되는 호실에 대한 정확한 설명이 필요하다. 너무 좁고.. 진짜 ㅜㅜ 황당 그자체였으나 그 시간에 너무 피곤해서 다른 호텔을 잡을 수도 없고.. ㅠㅠ 누군가에게 이 리뷰가 도움이 되길 바란다. 좌측실은.. 정말 비추이다.
−깨끗해보이는 화장실. 빼고는 모든 점이 아쉬웠다. 좌측실에 대한 정확한 설명이 필요하고 내가 예약당시 좌측인지 알 수 없었다. 사진만 보고 예뻐서 얼마나 들떠 있었는지 모른다. 사진 속 넓은 테이블에서 아빠랑 맥주 한잔 하면서 이런저런 얘기 나누고 싶었는데, 진짜.. 알았으면 창문도 없는 호실 절대 안갔다. 예약당시 내가 좌측인지 우측인지.. 창문이 있는지 없는지.. 창문 없는 숙소는 살면서 처음 가봤다. ㅜㅜ. 이것은 악플이. 아니라 팩트고 누군가는 나처럼 여행을 망치는 일 없기를 바라는 마음뿐이다.
