−Entrance to property in need of some TLC. Sleeps 4 but only 2 seats at the table and not enough cutlery. Advertiser as an apartment but is in fact a 3 storey terraced property. Stairs are very steep and would be tricky to negotiate if had mobility issues.

“Basic accommodation with comfy beds in Harehills area; handy for St James Hospital.”
+Chosen for its proximity to St James Hospital, free on-street parking, 2 decent-sized bedrooms with comfy beds. We called to ask for a hairdryer and this was delivered promptly. Plenty of takeaway options and corner shops in the immediate vicinity.
−The fridge thermostat is broken (it froze our milk and cheese even on the minimum temp setting). The oven was filthy and could do with replacing (or given a professional deep clean ?) - we didn’t use it so have no idea if it worked. There was muck behind the toilet seat and lid 🥴. There was insufficient cutlery/crockery for a 4-person house (2 drinking glasses, 3 cereal bowls), poor quality knives and forks, no wine glasses or serving/wooden spoons (but did have a rolling pin bizarrely). The shower head holder was loosely fitted so didn’t hold its position and the mirror in the bathroom was hung at chest height rather than head height so you had to bend down to see your face in it.

+Loved the set up of the house. The bedrooms, kitchen and living room was nice. As it was winter, the heating in the house was amazing. Close to the city centre if you’re driving.
−The bathroom was slightly dirty, especially the toilet. There was no mop or cleaning product for the bathroom. The bed sheets for slightly irritating to the skin.
