“Good”
−The most important elements in any accommodation are the bed and the bathroom. While the bathroom was fine, unfortunately the bed was a big disappointment. It was extremely narrow , barely 10 cm wide , and made loud noises with every slight movement. It was impossible to get a proper night’s sleep. Honestly, with just €300 you can find a very comfortable mattress in Albania, and even in Hungary you can get something much better. Investing in a proper mattress should be a priority for any host offering a place to sleep.

+There were mini refrigerator, microwave, spoons, forks, knifes and oven if you want to make something for you. It was useful. There is lift to reach the room where is located on 2. floor. The building is old but nice , you can feel yourself in a movie scene.
−I didn’t like the owner behaviors, there was a lack of communication. The staff didn’t tell the house location and it took time to find the place. The staff was a bit reckless. My travel started like that and it decreased my mood from the first minute. The property location is a bit far away to the popular destination like Parliament building, Chain bridge, St. Stephan’s Basilica, the river danuba etc. It takes minimum 30 minutes by foot. I like walking but it was a bit tiring. The bed was making noise when you turn your body and when you walk at house; it was a bit annoying.

+The location was great, you could walk to the main attractions but the transportation is near too. It’s close to cafes, restaurants and nightlife. The host was really helpful!
−I would be nice to have some more towels and toilet paper.

+Nice location very close to the city centre, the staff are very very kind and were available to help at all times, and i do now know how to put into words how kind and useful the staff is :) Bathroom seems possibly relatively recently renovated and it is very comfortable.
−One thing only, the bed in studio 6 was very loud and was creaking at the slightest movement and i'm not exaggerating at all, but this was the only bad thing.

“Great location, not overly comfortable.”
+Great location, close to transport. Clean.Area was safe
−No tea towels, face washers, bedside, or other table other than one in the lounge area that was too high to use comfortably. The couch was not comfortable for relaxing. Floor board extremely loud, particularly in the bedroom. The slightest movement in bed caused very loud squeaks. The roof on the bedroom loft was very, very low. Perhaps that information should have been known.

“Small but nice and functional. Good value.”
+Small studio (we stayed in studio #1) that relies on a loft bed for space-saving, but very well organized, functional, clean, quiet, everything in good repair and working well. It was a winter and rather cold outside, but the studio was warm and the shower nice and hot. The only deficiency: the building used to be glorious but now in a sad condition and badly needs remodeling. Getting thru the building and into the studio was a somewhat spooky experience.
