+Location is amazing.
−No towels. Owner asked for city tax to be left on the table in cash, but the amount was asked is higher than written on the booking ( 5 euro instead of 1 euro per person per night)

−There was a strong smoke smell potentially coming through the ventilation. The pillow and bedding can be better. Also no towels , even small hand towels, is a bummer.

“PROPERTY NEEDS A LOT OF ATTENTION FOR THAT PRICE”
+This is such a nice property and well-located. Close to lots of shops, restaurants and more, and everything is within walking distance. The property has SO MUCH POTENTIAL!!
−The host was not friendly, the place was not clean, and there was no toilet paper!! There are a lot of things that need to be fixed, and it needs a serious cleaning. It can be a gem, but it definitely is not at the moment. The mirrors were dirty, the toilet was being balanced with empty cold drink bottles, spider webs etc....

−However, there was no wine opener, so I resorted to other methods, but that's nothing compared to the other things.

“Mooi en ruim appartement op toplocatie, met enkele verbeterpuntjes”
+Een mooi en ruim appartement op een uitstekende locatie, midden in Dinant. De bedden lagen heerlijk en het appartement was sfeervol en prettig ingericht. Een fijne plek om te verblijven en de stad te verkennen.
−De waterdruk van de douche was helaas erg laag, wat het douchen minder prettig maakte. Daarnaast had de schoonmaak iets grondiger gekund. Het was zeker niet ernstig, maar er waren nog wat kleine aandachtspuntjes. Ook had de communicatie voorafgaand aan ons verblijf iets sneller en duidelijker mogen verlopen. Al met al geen grote minpunten, maar wel punten waarop verbetering mogelijk is.

“Goed voor een nachtje maar geen handdoeken is onhandig als je te voet reist met rugzak.”

−Geen handdoeken inbegrepen. Hoeveel moeite is dat nou? Twee koffiemachines aanwezig maar geen enkele cups of pads daarvoor. Zeurderige aanwijzingen op papieren in keuken, douche en deuren.

+L'emplacement, le divan, le balcon, linge de lit propre. Grand espace dans l'appartement.
−La communication, le parking qui n'était pas indiqué payant seulement gratuit de 17h à 11h comme indiqué par le propriétaire mais quand même eu un procès à 10h38. Propreté pas top, pas de chaînes tv, ni wifi.
