“Great location for a short break in Palermo.”
+The location was excellent. We were in easy walking distance of so much of the historical centre, it made our short stay full of great experiences. The apartment was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning was good, and quiet. We were on 3rd story, and were grateful for the lift. We met the owner and he was really helpful, ordering us a taxi to get us back to the airport. Someone else (perhaps his mother) stood with us until the taxi arrived, which was reassuring.
−Two of our three nights were quite noisy due to a bar on the street. But the street itself is very quiet and our last night we hardly heard a thing.

+Property was in excellent location could walk to everything we wanted to see and a few minutes walk to many restaurants Property spotless and the owner could not have been nicer. If in Palermo would stay again

“Nice stay in the heart of Palermo's Historic Centre”
+Great location and faces a quiet laneway so no issues with noise at night. Air conditioning worked great (tip: use the "super" button in the remote to get the cool air up in the loft as it can be a little warm otherwise). Bathroom was very clean and seems newly renovated. We also really enjoyed the rooftop patio, though it was a bit too warm to take full advantage. Our host was kind and the check-in procedure was easy. No issues at all to speak of during our stay. It was a good place!
−We felt the space was a bit sterile/lacked character. Also some of the paint and finishings are a bit tired, but overall to be expected in a rental property. Also, we were just a couple so two beds in the loft weren't unused. If you are planning to sleep 3+ just be aware you will all be in the loft together.

“Nice clean apartment in great location but a noisy door overnight”
+The apartment is in a great location, on a quiet street near Via Maqueda. The bus stop Via Roma 265 (Vuccaria) for the airport bus is very close. I felt safe in the streets around the apartment as a solo female traveller. Check-in was easy, communication with the owner Gaetano was good - he checked to make sure I had got into the apartment ok when I arrived late at night. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was very clean. There was a bottle of cold water in the fridge when I arrived. Shower gel, washing up liquid, dish cloths are provided. There are 3 supermarkets within a 10-15min walk.
−The door to the apartment building has a noisy catch and makes a loud bang, the apartment I stayed in was above the entrance hallway so I was woken multiple times throughout the night every time anybody entered or left the building. I slept so badly because of this. The Aircon unit is above the bed and it has lights on it that don’t turn off; the light from the entrance hallway also comes into the apartment when it’s turned on at night. I’m a light sleeper so all these things affected me. Although the apartment has a coffee pod machine, I would have preferred a moka pot or cafetière as coffee from pod machines tastes of plastic. Only 2 loo rolls provided, was not enough for one week!
