“Nice location, not great service”
+Good location and nice space
−When I arrived the keys were not in the lockbox as instructed. We eventually found the door opened but we never got instructions to open the door. There were no bed sheets on the bed, or pillow covers. There was also only one bath towel. No soap or any other shower things. We also tried contacting the property phone number listed 5 times before our stay and also the moment we arrived and they never picked up or called back

“Great place for a big group!”
+The property was very well decorated for Christmas, very spacious for a big group. Multiple rooms and bedrooms. Great small sauna in the cottage too. The check in was smooth and autonomous. Kitchen was fully provided with utensils. I would consider this location for another stay in the future.
−Bedsheets, pillows cases and towels are not provided. Due to the snow, it was not clear we could park our cars so we ended up parking them on the street, in front of other houses. Not enough toilet paper was provided and we were not informed that we should have bring it. Unfortunately, when I tried to reach the host, the host didn't reply after the check in. They require to do a recycling waste but none trash bags were provided. When I messaged the host, again, I didn't receive a reply. The communication could improve.

“Je reviendrais sans hésiter avec notre groupe.”
+C'est un logement avec une cuisine ultra équipé. le calme qui règne au tour. Les chambres sont trop cosy
−lorsqu'on fait plus 1,80m il faut faire attention par rapport certaines portes, la connexion aussi assez lente dans certaines pièces sinon le reste rien à dire.

+Équipement, confort, belle extérieur tout y est réunis pour passer un agréable séjour en famille. Nous sommes venus a 2familles avec enfants (ado et plus jeunes) tout le monde a apprécié l'endroit et a trouver de quoi s'occuper.

“heerlijk verblijf in de Ardennen”
+prachtig gelegen locatie in een mooie groene omgeving. Vanuit het huisje wandel je zo de bossen in. Op 7 autominuten rijden vind je een stadje met verschillende supermarkten, bakkers en andere winkels. Mooie uitvalslocatie voor een verblijf in de Ardennen.
