+Apartment was close to metro and bus station. Location was good. Price was also okay. Facilities were as it was mentioned on Booking. Breakfast was really nice.
−It was absolutely complicated to arrange a meeting time to receive the key of the apartment. Without the help from our Italian friend who spoke with the host in Italian, we would not be able to enter the apartment, although we had the plane late at night. It wasn't super accommodating since we had asked for a later time to check in, and we had a problem in communication.

−In booking it was written there are 2 bathrooms in the appartament. Turned out there is only one. That was the main reason I booked this place… I really do not like it

“One night in Milano”
+It was well located, close to a metro station. We found parking easily in the streets nearby.
−It was complicated to arrange a meeting time to receive the key and it wasn't super accomodating since we had asked for a later time and it wasn't respected. We had the 5 beds we asked but the pillows were uncomfortable and the beds were small. The washer for the clothes seemed dirty so we did not want to use it. There was no living room and no view on the interior garden. Finally the shower was quite strange with no shower curting and only a shower head to use to get wet and rinse off. In total an ok place but does't have all that is listed and it wasn't as clean either, we washed all the dishes before using.

+Good location and the personnel was nice and patient with us during the reception. The communication was easy and the apartment has everything you can need.
−Timing for check-in and check-out was a little complicated for us to manage but was explicit in the app.

+All the essential things you need for a good break, plus some little extras! A lot of shops, takeaway and supermarkets within 5 minute walk. Very close to 2 metro stops that will take you directly to the main attractions. Very convenient! The host is a lovely woman, very considerate and kind!
−You need to climb 4 flights of stairs. Not a big problem for us, but something for people to know if they have mobility issues.

“Einfach grandios”
+Die Lage der Unterkunft ist 1A. Ungefähr 2 Min zur roten Subway Station und nur wenige Haltestellen bis zum Dom. Auf Anfrage hat die Gastwirtin uns einen Parkplatz direkt neben dem Haus reserviert. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Handtücher und Bettwäsche haben frisch gewaschen geduftet. Im Umkreis fussläufig mehrere Cafés, Imbisse und Supermarkt. Die Gastwirtin war einfach nur toll, total sympathisch und wirklich jederzeit per Whats App erreichbar. Wir haben tolle Tips für unseren Aufenthalt von ihr bekommen, so dass wir wundervolle Tage in Mailand verbringen durften!

+Bella zona, bell'appartamento, ottima pulizia. Giovanna è stata molto disponibile alle richieste per il check-in
−Una pecca può essere il fatto che non c'è l'ascensore, abbiamo inoltre avuto qualche problema con il cancello, dopo aver parcheggiato non riuscivamo più ad uscire, menomale che ci ha aiutato un vicino ad aprire. Il giorno successivo uno di noi è dovuto restare vicino al cancello per far passare l'auto.
