“Great quality property for exploring the Umbria region.”
+Great quality property with calming views over the adjacent farms from the back verandah (we were in the back property of the two on site) Very quiet location despite being on a fairly busy road. Easy parking with plenty of room available. Good Coop supermarket 5km away in Bastia Umbra. Hosts were very helpful & getting keys was easy. Access to Assisi an easy 10 minute drive. Great location for day trips around the Umbria region, Spoleto, Spello, Trevi, Castel Rigone, Preggio, Montefalco & Orvieto to name a few we visited. We would stay again.

“A super house in a lovely location”
+Case dell'Olma exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable with nice bed linen. The shower was powerful. Marina and Paola are super friendly people who had provided absolutely everything you could possibly need, and they always responded very quickly to my numerous questions! The house is surrounded by large, well-kept gardens, and has lovely views across fields to the hills. It is very conveniently located for Assisi and there are good supermarkets a short drive away. I would highly recommend this house; it's one of the best we've stayed in.

“Glorious stay”
+Every thing was perfect . Good location for sight seeing and 6 mins from Assisi. The villa was spotless snd very comfy. We used the deck ad we had lovely weather . Highly recommend

“Sui luoghi di Francesco”
+Bellissima struttura, completa di tutto, un bellissimo giardino dove lasciare "pascolare" la nostra cucciolona di bulldog inglese in tutta sicurezza, e una comoda terrazza adiacente la cucina dove pranzare e cenare con un rilassante paesaggio rurale e prendere il sole in completo relax. In più un comodo parcheggio adatto a qualsiasi autovettura. Vicino a tutti i luoghi da visitare ad Assisi.

+Lepo urejena hiša in vrt. Lokacija v bližini znamenitosti in cestnih povezav po Umbriji. Supermarket Coop in ostale trgovine v bližini hiše. Opremljenost hiše je pravilno opisana na strani. Gostiteljici sta izjemno prijazni in komunikativni, pripravljeni na odgovore v zvezi s hišo in okolico.
−To kar nam ni bilo všeč ni v zvezi s hišo, pogrešali smo pločnike ob cestah in poti za sprehod izven cestišč.

+La proximité avec Assise, Perugia et la découverte de Palazzo, juste à côté, pour les commerces et restaurants. La terrasse sur les champs.
−La proximité avec la route très passante. Heureusement, la terrasse de la maison (jaune), est tournée vers les champs et elle fait écran avec la route. Savoir qu'il y a une autre location sur le même terrain (séparée de la 1ère).
