+The owner was very kind; he helped me with photos and directions on how to find the rental, along with instructions on what was available nearby. There were beach umbrellas, beach mats, and chairs provided,so there was no need to buy any,and the location was extremely convenient, as it was close to everything.

+Great location near port, beach, old city and restaurants.📍Parking spot included, is very handy since you leave car and walk everywhere. 🩴Very well equipped apparemment even with beach gear, all necessary products and facilities available good air conditioning, very clean too 🧼 and the owner, Fausto helpful with lots of advice for restaurants and beaches. 🏖️👍 We loved our stay there and recommend it! 💕

“Great little house in Alghero”
+We absolutely recommend staying here! Fausto was a very nice host, he sent us information about local restaurants and beaches. The flat was well equipped for cooking, the beds were comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was great and the location was excellent (close to the beach and the old town). We enjoyed the bench outside for morning coffees and evening wine - lovely!

+Very nice location, the space inside is enough for 3 persons, free parking place. The owner is nice and helps with everything you need.
−Missing the nespresso machine :) Hard to do a coffee in a classic way.

+We enjoyed our stay in this lovely holiday apartment. It has everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, folding beach chairs, umbrella and even a cooler box. Location is perfect, close to the old town and the beach and it has the option to park a car or a motorbike. Fausto, the host, was very friendly and welcoming. We also followed his suggestions regarding the restaurants and were not disappointed. We would happily return to this place!

+Emplacement excellent avec une place de parking dans la cour intérieure. La vieille ville fortifiée et la première plage sont à 5-10 minutes à pieds. Fausto est un très bon hôte et donne des conseils concernant les restaurants, plages et activités dans les environs. Logement style ancien mais très propre. La cuisone est récente et l'électroménager de qualité.
−Des poêles plus grandes seraient un plus. Il manque également une machine à café (dosettes) et un grille pain pour le petit-déjeuner.

+Die Wohnung hat eine Top-Lage, Hafen, Altstadt, Supermarkt etc. Sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Vermieter Fausto war sehr nett und geduldig, wenn meine Italienischkenntnisse mal nicht ausreichten. Bei der Ausstattung wurde an alles gedacht, sodass einem nichts fehlte.

“Wunderschöne Tage in und um Alghero”
+Super Lage um Alghero und die Stadt-nahen Strände zu Fuss zu erkunden. Privater Stellplatz direkt bei der Unterkunft ist super bei der Anreise per privatem PKW.
