“LAVENDER COTTAGE”
+I loved the scenary and the farm activity watching the horse/ponies go past. A lovely modern shower room. I liked the dressing room where you can hide away your belongings. The beds and quilts pillows very comfy. The country walks and views were lovely. I loved the smell of the lavender when sitting outside and the friendly dogs. A good equippexkitchen. Both William and Rachel and daughters really lovely.

“Great little cottage for exploring the Forest of Dean”
+Beautiful location. Great little cottage with everything we needed. Hosts were very friendly and answered questions about the area. Beds were really comfortable. It was close enough to all the places we wanted to visit.

“Idyllic country stay”
+Hosts were very friendly and thoughtful with details in the cottage to make our stay more comfortable. Location was perfect, lovely views and walks in the countryside, full of wildlife. Cottage itself was a perfect size for two with everything you'd need and friendly dogs checking on us!
−Beyond maybe having a few more mugs, I couldn't complain!

“Stunning relaxing stay, beautiful place”
+The cottage was clean and spotless when we arrived, it is so beautifully taken care off and quirky. Shower lovely, loved the little dressing room and kitchen is well equipped with utensils etc and everything you would need. Lovely little sitting areas outside directly out the door little table 2 chairs then out front of property an iron double rocking chair and table. Lovely to sit out and relax especially on evening with a cuppa or a beer. Views are amazing, I would recommend you take a walk up to mayhill point stunning views especially when it’s sunset. Hosts were so friendly and welcoming, lovely family. Short drive if you wanted to eat out nice country pubs around and not far from Ross on Wye if you wanted a day out somewhere. Truly exceptional little gem this place is and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much xx

“Lovely, peaceful, not very private.”
+Lovely place, very calming and restorative.
−Some of the pictured amenities are communal, not personal, this greatly affected our plans for our stay. The owners property overlooks this one and the glass is single pane, there are horse students walking back and forth and glamping campers using the amenities outside the window at all times.
