“A place to relax , away from the crowds.”
+It was a great place to unwind. A 15-20 walk from town where you find restaurants and cafes. Near a small grocery store to buy essentials for breakfast. We went mid April and the weather was sunny and cool. Marijana , the host, was a delight and we shared some Turkish coffee on our terrace the first day. We walked to the other towns and the castle.
−The property was great for us. We really enjoyed the view of the water, the terrace and it had all the amenities needed.

“Very nice!”
+The house is located on the very tip of Poljana, an absolutely quiet place with views on both Ugljan island and the mainland. Only a few steps from the concrete, but otherwise a very pleasant beach. There's small grocery nearby if you need basic stuff. The balcony apartment is small but functional with equipped kitchenette and the balcony itself is spacious with views on the garden, isle and shore (which allows more sunlight and I find very nice in general). The owner is very friendly and helpful. You'll stay next to the family quarters, but they won't let you feel like intruding or anything.
−Few minor things like a balcony door needs adjusting of falling shelves. The bedroom has this strange smell or scent which I didn't particularly like (hard to ventilate, comes back). There's 30 EUR cleaning fee which I don't mind, but should be mentioned in the offer up front.

“Everything fantastic”
+Marjana, the host, ist very nice. The Apartment was beautiful with everything one needs. And it is fantastically situated with the beach just a few steps away. So everything was perfect!!!

“Exceptional”
+I stayed for two nights in the Lavanda apartment and I had the best time. The host Marijana made me feel at home and welcome the moment I stepped inside. The apartment is spotlessly clean, the kitchen well equipped and the couch and the bed are very comfortable. The balcony has an amazing view over the town and bay of Poljana. The apartment is located close to a small store (Studenac) and also close to the facilities of the larger town of Preko. I loved staying on the island of Ugljan, it is beautiful and there is so much to explore and see. Marijana was always open to answering any question I had and is such a friendly person. I can recommend everyone to visit Ugljan and if you do so, to stay at the Lavanda apartment.

“Really nice and calm property just in front of the beach for a real rest.”
+The property is situated at the end of Poljana village, right in front of the beach. There are beach beds that you can use for free. The beach is very clean - as there is not a lot of sand around the beach is covered with stone tales. The apartment we rented was very spacious - a separate kitchen, sitting room, a bathroom, and an enormous bedroom. It has a private patio with a nice cool shade with a table and chairs. The hostess is a nice lady, who let us in early. She was very kind and speaks good English. There are several cats around that help for a better atmosphere. You can buy some treat for them from the store that is close by. There is a coffee bar 1 min away from the property that serves pizza at the evening. The area is very calm with all the buzzing away at Preko. So is you are looking for a nice place to stay where you can really rest this is it :)
