+Quiet street but just one minute away from the restaurants and shops. Microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and coffee maker were available for simple cooking. There's no oven/stove but this was made clear beforehand. Wardrobe and bathroom were large. Couch for sitting on in the evenings with a glass of wine! Table and chairs for breakfast. Host is lovely and she let us leave our luggage at 2 pm and was done cleaning shortly after. Nice shower!
−Toilet was tiny, especially uncomfortable for men. This is unhygienic, as was having to wash up cups in the washbasin. Only plastic plates and cutlery provided.

“Superb host, excellent location, recommended!”
+Super friendly host, she really wanted us to feel at home and providing excellent service. Location is superb, you stay in a quiet part of the town, but within a few meter you're in the center. Spot on! The host even provided plastic curlery for our convenience. Very-well cleaned space. Host also provided her own recommendations.
−Host can only speak Italian, so you need a translator app.

“Excellent Location and Wonderful Host”
+The apartment is in an excellent location - everything is within easy reach, while it is still very peaceful as it is situated at the very edge of the city centre, right next to a large park. The boat pier is only about a 5-minute walk away, the swimming beach is around 10 minutes on foot, and the train station is no more than a 15-minute walk away. The host was extremely helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist and provide any necessary information. She gave me all the instructions needed and left a very practical, clearly marked map of the city, which was really helpful. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent, and the host truly takes care of her guests. I would happily stay here again!
−Minor Issues with Kitchen Equipment - There was a shortage of cutlery, and the apartment only had plastic plates. Although I understand that plastic plates can be practical, I personally really dislike eating from plastic. It would also be helpful to have a proper salad bowl, as there was none available.

“Piccola ma organizzatissima.”
+Struttura accogliente, proprietaria disponibile e simpatica. La casa è molto ben organizzata, con tutto l' occorrente necessario nonostante gli spazi ristretti. La zona è centralissima e tranquilla. Ci sono anche dei parcheggi gratuiti nelle vicinanze.
−La casa ha tanta umidità in questo periodo, ma accendendo il deumidificatore la situazione si risolve. Si sentono un po' di rumori degli scarichi adiacenti. Il prezzo, vista la stagione, è un po' alto. Ma in linea con quello della zona.
