“Depending on your expectations be aware of the price you pay!”
+The location of the villa.
−I'll just make a list. First of all, dear future guest, read the comments not like we did. -its not a villa, its a villa with 2 apartments so you are not alone in that villa or that yard. -even so, when we came the landlord stood and watched us carrying the luggage, I felt like I was inspected to see what I'm bringing inside the apartment. -people in the yard with different tools making noises and fixing stuff during our stay -landlord comes with random people close to midnight and leaves the yard door opened -the shower cabin - I'm almost 1.9m - I had to open the doors so I can wash my feed, I think its 60x60cm -windows are from last century so when you open or close them you might think they will break or crack the glass. The price paid per day was more than we paid for a super nice villa with private pool in Lefkada, so NO, I totally do not recommend this place.

+Everything was perfect! The host is one of the best and it helps you with anything you need! The house is really great, with a lot of space inside and outside. It is really well equiped with anything you need. Few minutes walking it is a small beach, good mainly if you have kids; 5 minutes driving it is Trani Ammouda beach, one of the best I saw in Sithonia in the last 3 years.

“Just perfect.”
+I found this incredible house in Greece that you can drive to with your own car , and the nightly rate is surprisingly affordable. It’s tucked away in what feels like paradise (okay, it’s actually called Vourvourou), just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The place is spotless, surrounded by lush greenery, with a beautiful yard, a barbecue, and everything you might need , fully equipped. And the best part? There was even a SUP board, and once we got on it, we hardly got off until it was time to leave 😄 The terrace where we had our meals was absolutely perfect , with a sea view you can enjoy both from the table and even from bed.

“Calm and relaxing stay”
+Our stay at Latoura View was perfect! Everything is as shown and described. The place was exceptionally clean. The view from the terrace is amazing. The host was very helpful and provided us with suggestions about good restaurants and boat rental.

+Very spacious and nice garden. Really good also to stay outdoors. Kitchen has everything you need amd the owner was very good and give also the chance to use washing machine. Perfect to visit Sithonia. We will surely come back!
−Nothing. I would only suggest to leave some extra towels if guests are staying more than 3 days...

+It was just beautiful.😊A lot of space,very clean,nice terrace,amazing garden,and owners were so kind and helpful.You drink coffee with a seaview.You have everything you need for a great vacation.The beaches of Sithonia are beautiful,but we enjoyed the most the closest Latoura beach because it was not crowded,it was peacefull,there is a shalow water for the kids,and the sea is calm even when it is windy.

+Superb, a family business that has decorated the location with good taste, very clean location. The house has 2 apartments, quiet and close to an uncrowded beach. They are ready to help and respond to any need, they waited for us with refreshments that were very welcome in the midday heat. Thank you.
