+The location was absolutely amazing with only a few minutes down the road to the Colosseum, Palatine and many other places to discover, and even though it was in the middle of the city, it was quiet and absolutely fine to walk around after dark as a family. I can definitely recommend this super cute little place! And the tiny outdoor area was wonderful to hang out in for breakfast and after the kids went to bed.

“Wouldn’t stay here again cold water and on and off electricity”
+10 minute walk from the colosseum even though it took a while to find the apartment as the taxi driver dropped us off on the other side so make sure u ask to get dropped off right outside
−The property is on first floor so you have to go up 4 flights of stairs. The door is a nightmare to unlock when you just want to get in after a long day spending 5 minutes to unlock the door is a nightmare. We only had hot water in the first day the other 2 days water was cold. Also the electricity was on and off all throughout our stay. The worst thing was the bathroom bin had not been emptied so there was used sanitary pads everywhere 🤮

“JUST THE LOCATION, NOTHING ELSE!!!”
+Location was great, close to the colosseum and termini. The unit was equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer.
−The unit was dirty, found hairs on the floor. Got molds and mildrew, shower drainage was clogged and the toilet seat cover was broken. Bed was ok but the comforter was smelly.

“Try to avoid unless no other option”
+The only thing good about this apartment is the location. The person receiving and explaining things is OK.
−Where do I start? 1. Dirty sofa and chair. They dont clean the floor under the sofa, full of dust. 2. Kitchen vessels, stinked egg. Many dirty dishes. Had to wash them again. 3. Dish washer does not work. When asked for dish soap and brush, extreme silence and no commitment to provide service. 4. Molds in the shower area. Very very harmful. 5. Hot water issues if you visit in fall and winter. You have to wait 30 mins until the next person can use. Also, I think many apartments have one common heater. So, its like a random hot water shower. You shower if you get lucky. For all these, I pay 160 EUR per night. (Excluding city tax) And booking.com is promoting as one of the best apartment in this category. What is wrong with booking? Dont be fooled.

“Good vibes”
+The king suite was beautiful. Location is great.
−Facilities - towels are changed in five days, no bin in the room, kettle was dirty, kitchen has no bin.

+Location is good but no lift to 6th floor stops at 5th floor. Staff help us with our luggage to 6th floor.
−I saw crawling insects in the bathroom at night. I was that scared it might go into the room.

“Very disappointing stay - not recommended, especially for familie”
−We stayed in this apartment for five nights, and unfortunately, our experience was very unpleasant. The apartment was extremely dirty upon arrival , it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. There was hair and dirt everywhere, including inside the wardrobe, where we even found dirty socks. The bathroom was full of humidity and mold, and the shower had very low water pressure. On our first day, there was no hot water; only after contacting the host were we told we needed to press a hidden button to activate it. The toilet had a very strong and unpleasant odor throughout our stay. To make things worse, two nights in a row, drunk neighbors from the upstairs apartment rang our doorbell late at night, disturbing our sleep , very stressful, especially when traveling with a child. The location is in the old central area of Rome, but the neighborhood itself is very dirty and smells terrible in the streets. Sadly, this apartment really gave a bad start to our trip in Rome. I would not recommend it, especially for families or anyone looking for a clean and peaceful stay.
