“Great flat in excellent location with many positives and would score even higher if some basic maintenance issues are re”

−Would benefit from some better maintenance. Eg, no hot water and plug didn’t work in bathroom sink, toilet seat/lid didn’t stay up by itself and no batteries in tv remote control

+Apartment was generally clean. Nice design and storage.. walking distance to beaches, cafes and shops.
−Outdoor area is not suitable for use. Space for one person and shared with mop bucket, washing machine an clothes line. Had expected access to roof terrace as photos are included with ground floor apartments photos. Left us unable to relax in the apartment and having to spend our time outside of the apartment.

“Well located comfortable apt in lovely El Cotillo”
+Location central for shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bus terminus. Short walk to coast and beaches. Well designed layout and use of space. Good fridge freezer. Good shower and bathroom generally. Electric hob OK and washing machine useful.
−Blinds and curtains upstairs didn’t fit properly so didn’t keep all light out at night. Unusual netting feature in upstairs floor broke up space and made walking around bedroom more difficult. Toilet lid and seat would not stay up.

+Great property! Felt very luxurious, especially the rooftop bed! Parking was easy, collecting the keys was also easy, and there's a fantastic cafe almost directly below
−Really minor but it would have been nice to have some coffee at the property, although that said we did find a couple of beers, which were really appreciated. Also there is a general lack of places to hang things - again, very minor

−We were very disappointed with the accommodation at this location. Based on the photos, we expected a nice, modern, and comfortable space, but the reality was different: small and cramped rooms, small uncomfortable beds, broken furniture, the kitchen cabinet couldn't be opened, when it rained, the apartment leaked heavily in several places, we found mold in the shower in the bathroom, the water temperature couldn't be regulated, and the toilet seat couldn't be lifted. Many basic items were missing in the kitchen. The apartment has a nice roof terrace, but we couldn't use it because of the bad weather, and there was nowhere to dry wet towels and laundry. The apartment was cold, there were no warm blankets available, and the owner only provided them the next day upon request. During our entire stay, no one was able to replace the towels, which smelled due to the humidity in the apartment and there was nowhere to dry them.

−Kalt, das Loch von Bad, der Abwassergeruch im Bad und Erdgeschoss, das nichts dagegen gemacht wurde, trotz Nachfrage. Kein Interesse vorhanden vom Vermieter Das dreckige Teil von „Terrasse“ oder wie man das bezeichnen will
