+We enjoyed the house overall - it was quiet and in a great location with easy access to Mooloolaba. The property itself was comfortable and we appreciated the peaceful atmosphere.
−We reached out to the host twice: first, for the Wi-Fi code and then to ask if we could check out an hour later. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any response to either of these requests. The kitchen could have been better stocked with essentials. We expected more recent salt, oil and vinegar. There were no coffee capsules, despite being told there would be some available in the welcome message.

+The size of the home as far as bedrooms, living areas and outside facilities were concerned, was excellent. Also it's location was great - situated on a canal and close to shops.

“Lovely big house”
+The size of the house was great and nice and clean. The family loved the river out the back.
−The 3pm check in with a very Hot and very tired 1 year old after a 4 hour car drive was not fun.

“Superb”
+The house was modern, had 3 sitting areas, spacious, clean and had 4 bathrooms (win for us 9 girls travelling together). We absolutely enjoyed the pontoon/canal at the back - went canoeing and splashing in the water, and pool at the front was lovely to dip in. Kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook in, and great big dining table to eat at. Cannot fault anything really except it took us a while to understand how to turn on the ducted air con bit it didn't really cool well. Great place 9/10!!!
−Aircon as mentioned, but every room and living area had fans to compensate so no complains

+the location was my favourite part, we went canoeing on the lake and it was lovely. all the neighbours were nice and said hi.
−the tvs was the only annoying part they were really slow and wouldn’t work sometimes also would of been better if they told us how to control the ac. we had a little bit of trouble with that.
