“Disappointed”
+I don’t like the property i tried to contact customer service because i want to refund my money because when i came there the property is dirty and old it was like worst the picture is good but when i saw it it was dirty and not clean properly the wifi is not working and the property was at the 28th floor it was hard to go. The owner is not responsible on time aw well. Amenities weren’t included as well.

+The aesthetics of the room were put together and very clean, and the high floor made for some lovely views. Aircon works well. The location being right opposite Sm City was extremely convenient. Compared to other properties within Sunvida Towers, I do believe this place is a diamond in the rough. Other properties have reviews stating cockroach infestations but that cannot be said for Lanz Studio. During my almost 2 week stay I didn’t experience any issues with any pests.
−The Sunvida building itself is very rundown and poorly managed. The elevator situation is terrible, waiting times can take up to 10 minutes sometimes, especially with the room being so high up it can sometimes take longer. Also at least once a day, at least 1 or 2 of the 3 elevators would be out of service. This is at fault of the building of course not the booking property, however it is something for others to consider when booking here. The remote for the tv is a bit faulty, I bought batteries for it but it still didn’t completely work, and the wifi went out for 2 days which personally wasn’t the biggest problem but still a bit annoying.

“SOOO WORTH IT”
+The location is what attracts us the most. The place is so clean and we really enjoyed it. The view is amazing. It is very near to all areas of transport.
−It took so long to go down to ground floor because the elevator stops almost every floor.

“Horrible accommodation not reliable host”

−Room was not clean and cook wears and cups were dirty.. also after booking didn’t get any info for room number and door password. Hard to contact the host. While struggling to find the room number the friend of host came and he was smiling rather than saying sorry..
