“Horrible”
+Run down, in disrepair, damp, mouldy and uninhabitable. Very dissappointing
−The studio wasn’t very clean at all, the toilet was leaking, bathroom is falling apart, rusty curtain rail, mouldy tiles. In the bedroom area, there was dirt, damp and mould everywhere, the curtains were hanging off the hooks and the curtain rails were hanging off the walls. There was no heating but they did provide 2 oil radiators, not ideal with a toddler wanting to play! The kitchen facilities were unusable, dirty and disgusting. And to top it off, you could hear rats/mice scratching above the ceiling of the beds. Awful place to stay which is a shame as it has a lot of potential!

“Lamphey Studios”
+Location was amazing. Off the beaten track. Quiet and safe. All facilities you'd need and not too far from local convenience by car.
−Was literally up a dirt track ... Unmade road.

“Absolutely awful.Booking.com really need to take this off their website”
+Absolutely nothing
−Everything. There was damp on the walls you could see the paint peeling off. The stable door had cracks. The property is not big enough for 2 adults to be comfortable in. I booked for 2 nights and didn’t even stay 1.

“Private little stable stay”
+Very private, located in farm land but not too remote. Good parking, hot water. Kitchen had all that I needed and as described. Would come back if the price is reasonable.
−Bed is a little tight for a double. The shower does not drain partially well. Little smaller than I anticipated.

“Bad”
+To be honest nothing
−Don't like being negative ,but it was awful stayed two days ,wasn't comfortable to small for two people ,the place was covered in cobwebs and spiders ,spent ages getting rid of them ,no where comfy to sit apart from bed but not practical, wasn't very clean smelt of damp ,the bathroom was terrible when showering the water would go outside to the living area ,the door was all rotted, the fan didn't work ,very damp ,then the stairs to get to the seated area where the telly was was dangerous very narrow and steep ,not good if your not that agile, only stated in a email when there it was not suitable for disabled people so very misleading ,me and my partner stayed downstairs as it was safer .Doors to get in were awful no windows no ventilation very stuffy ,overall very disappointing would not recommend it to anyone would never go back there .

“The Cwtch”
+On the plus side, the place was cheap, the towels and bed linen was clean and the place was conveniently located. However, I think the owner has given up with the "Cwych". The paint was peeling, there's rotten woodwork on the outer and shower doors and a broken inspection cover in car park. The remote control on TV didn't work and neither did the WiFi. When we stayed, the the adjoining guest had left their own dogs on their own to entertain us with their howling. There was no tea/coffee or milk in the room, and no hand soap.
