“Parfait”
+Marko was super attentive. He even receive us with a present for our daughter and wine for us. He take care of us bringing us umbrellas when was raining and also thermometer because my daughter was sick. The apartment is perfect, I really recommend totally this place!

“Perfect.”
+This apartment has everything you need. Great location , short walk to old town. Bus to Mall of Split is two minute walk. Very peaceful and quiet. Owners are warm and welcoming and keep the apartment immaculate.

“Pleasing experience with warm hospitality from Host-Family”
+We stayed at Lamita for 7 days and had a fantastic experience. Our hosts were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but Marko and Nina kindly allowed us to leave our luggage since the room wasn’t ready yet, which was completely understandable. Both went out of their way to suggest nearby places for us to explore while we waited. The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, creating a really pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the thoughtful welcome with drinks and fresh fruit - a refreshing touch after a long journey. The hosts made sure we had plenty of washing supplies and fresh linens. Marko was always just a WhatsApp message away whenever we needed assistance,he was especially helpful and supportive when our child fell ill during our stay. His guidance truly made a difference. During check-out, Marko was on hand in case we needed anything, which was very reassuring. As this was our first visit to Croatia, having such accommodating hosts made the entire experience so much better. Thank you again for everything, Marko and Nina. We wholeheartedly recommend Lamita to anyone visiting the area!

+I liked how easy it was to communicate and meet up with Marko to gain access to the apartment and how very helpful he was with info on what to do and where to go. The location is very central and a lovely walk to the Old Town.

+We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and in a perfect location, just a short walk from both the beach and the old town, with supermarkets and other shops nearby. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available whenever we needed anything. He even looked after our luggage before check-in, which was greatly appreciated. We were also welcomed with thoughtful treats such as fresh fruit, pasta, and a bottle of wine, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend this exceptional apartment to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely stay here again!

“Cozy,clean,renovated in a great location”
+It was very cozy and the terrace was large with a big table. All the facilities you could need were there and the owner Marko very helpful if you had any questions.
−It is not big so you have to organise your luggage strategically, other than that it was perfect.

“Exceptional Host & Beautiful Stay Near Old Town”
+Marko & Nina is truly one of the best hosts I have ever come across. Even before we reached Split, we were in constant touch, and he made sure to give us plenty of helpful suggestions and recommendations that really enhanced our trip. He was extremely responsive throughout our stay and always available whenever we needed anything. The accommodation itself was fantastic , beautifully designed, very comfortable, and located extremely close to the Old Town, which made everything so convenient for us. I generally do not leave reviews, but I genuinely could not resist writing one for Marko because the experience was that good. We were traveling with a small child, and he thoughtfully made sure there were a few kid-related items and activities in the house to help keep our child entertained, which we really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend staying at his place and would happily return again in the future.

+Goede locatie, 5/10 minuten lopen tot hartje centrum. Schoon appartement en in goede staat. De host was ook behulpzaam.
