“THIS PROPERTY IS A SCAM! THEY CANCEL YOUR ROOM DAY OF CHECK-IN THEN SELL IT 5X THE PRICE!”
+NOTHING THIS PROPERTY IS A SCAM! They messaged me when my room was ready and when I was at the airport boarding my flight, I got a notification that Booking Support had to cancel my room because the property listed themselves as temporarily or permanently closed. When I looked for a new accommodation, I found my exact room listed on thew website for 5x the price! I couldn't believe it! I called the host to see what happened and she screamed at me saying I never had a reservation, despite me having proof that the host messaged me saying my room was ready 3 hours before cancelling my room ON THE DAY OF CHECK-IN! My group was left stranded and scrambling for a new place to stay at 6pm! Everything on the island was sold out since they canceled on me so late at the peak of tourist season. It was the most stressful experience I have ever had on Booking's platform and the only way you as a tourist can avoid this from happening to you to is NOT TO BOOK THIS SCAM APARTMENT! HORRIBLE, CORRUPT AND CRUEL! THEY LEAVE THEIR "GUESTS" STRANDED!!!

“Pessimo”
+l giorno prima della partenza ho scritto all'host avvisando che saremmo arrivati il giorno successivo, al momento dell'arrivo ho trovato un signore il quale mi riferiva che le loro strutture erano piene, rimanendo anche perplesso. Ho chiamato la struttura al numero riportato su booking, dove avevo scritto il giorno prima, per chiedere spiegazioni ma nessuna risposta. Alche sono stato tutto il pomeriggio al telefono con booking che dopo svariate chiamate mi hanno confermato l'annullamento della prenotazione (tra l'altro già pagata a dicembre) per overbooking, successivamente mi trovano un altra struttura ad un prezzo maggiorato di 1.000€ rispetto alla prenotazione per cui avevo pagato, NEL MENTRE LO STESSO GIORNO LA STESSA STRUTTURA SU BOOKING RISULTAVA DISPONIBILE AD UN PREZZO DI 2.500€ RISPETTO AI 520€ CHE AVEVO PAGATO IO. Alla fine sono stato costretto a pagare la nuova struttura e dopo aver discusso con booking, il quale diceva che avrebbero rimborsato fino ad un massimo di 5€ al giorno, sono riuscito a farmi confermare via mail che la differenza di 1.000€ sarebbe stata a carico loro. “VERGOGNOSI”
+Non mi è piaciuto nulla visto che la prenotazione pagata è stata cancellata non appena siamo arrivati all’aeroporto; hanno un’altra struttura nelle vicinanze, consigliata al telefono da Booking.com; arriviamo in quest’altra struttura ma il proprietario, dopo aver confermato il pagamento e scritto che la stanza era pronta, ci ha aspettato difronte allo stabile per informarci che anche quest’altro appartamento era pieno. Che dire altro? Gli ho detto che qualche fantasma scriveva al posto loro che, dal canto loro, scaricavano la colpa su Booking 🤦🏻♂️ VERGOGNOSI

−Το διαμέρισμα δεν ήταν καθαρό. Στο νεροχύτη είχε υπολείμματα φαγητού. Όταν πληρώνεις 420 ευρώ για ένα βράδυ για ενα δωμάτιο 35 μ2 πρέπει τουλάχιστον να σού περιέχει πολλά περισσότερα και πάνω από όλα να είναι καθαρό και να σου πάρει ασφάλεια. Η πόρτα ήταν καλύτερα να μιλά η φωτογραφία που θα βάλω.

“Din punctul de vedere al cazări și legătura cu booking , foarte slabă.”
−Pe scurt, cu complicarea booking, această locație nu ar trebui să apară la închiriat. Am luat 10 nopți, in prima seară am dormit în altă parte, deoarece era plin, după ce am refuzat să dormim la proprietar acasă.Am fost șocați de mizeria din cameră, cum se va vedea și în poze. Nu a ridicat nimeni gunoiul din cameră timp de 9 zile, nu a schimbat nimeni așternuturile de pe pat, timp de 9 zile. Nu a intrat nimeni în cameră să facă curat, tot timp de 9 zile, etc. Plus gândacii de bucătărie.

“Υποβαθμίζουν την αισθητική και την εικόνα του νησιού.”
+Η τοποθεσία ήταν ικανοποιητική. Το κατάλυμα ντροπιαστικά απογοητευτικό.
−Η εμπειρία της διαμονής δεν ήταν καθόλου ικανοποιητική, καθώς το ταβάνι παρουσίαζε έντονες φθορές, με εμφανείς ρωγμές και τριξίματα από τις γυψοσανίδες, ενώ ένα ξύλινο δοκάρι είχε τοποθετηθεί πρόχειρα για να στηρίζει το πάτωμα του πάνω ορόφου, δημιουργώντας αίσθημα ανασφάλειας. Επιπλέον, το κλιματιστικό ήταν συνδεδεμένο με πρόχειρη μόνωση καλωδίων μέσω μονωτικής ταινίας, ενώ το χειριστήριό του δεν λειτουργούσε και μπορούσε να τεθεί σε λειτουργία μόνο μέσω remote στην πρίζα, κάτι που το καθιστούσε ιδιαίτερα άβολο. Όσον αφορά την καθαριότητα, υπήρχε έντονη αίσθηση παραμέλησης, καθώς βρέθηκε μεγάλη ποσότητα σκόνης πίσω από τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές, γεγονός που δεν ήταν μόνο αντιαισθητικό αλλά και επικίνδυνο για την υγιεινή. Παρ’ όλα αυτά, οι παροχές που υπήρχαν στο χώρο χρησιμοποιήθηκαν, αν και η συνολική εικόνα ήταν απογοητευτική.
