+An excellent apartment,clean and well-renovated, with comfortable furniture and appliances (microwave, coffee machine, oven, toaster, refrigerator, and kettle) that are all in good working order. The apartment features balconies where you can sit and enjoy the views of Lugano. Everything you might need,bed linen, towels, shampoo, and shower gel,was provided, as was all the necessary kitchenware. There is a Migros supermarket just 3 minutes away with a wide selection of groceries. I will definitely choose this apartment again for my next stay. I highly recommend it to everyone.

“Wonderful Place, Double check that it’s been properly cleaned”
+Fantastic location - has everything you need for a working trip or a vacation getaway. The rooftop is excellent and the garage parking. WiFi is great as well.
−The property was beyond dirty. I did a video for the staff(the staff is exceptional and great) but I realised after sending them the video of just how dirty the place was, that the staff/owners did not know the cleaning crew was not actually cleaning this property. The kitchen counters had dead insects and heavy dust all over. The shower had leftover human fluids on the wall that obviously had not been cleaned; but the floors were the worst. I took my shoes off and had white socks on, literally they turned a heavy black within 2 minutes of putting my suitcases into the bedroom and walking around the place. The floors were filthy and probably and most certainly had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. They were just disgusting. There was heavy dust everywhere - I did do a video for the property mangers and they profusely apologized- There was also coffee stains on the floor near the coffee machine - again pointing to the fact that the floors had not been cleaned. The managers were very sorry - I would say that this property was great except this. It is not okay to book a location that really has not been cleaned properly to the degree. +Gute Lage, die Schlüsselabwicklung hat gut funktioniert. Kontaktperson war sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

“Ottima permanenza”
+Appartamento davvero grazioso, a 100mt da lago, molto pulito, curato e funzionale. Comodo il garage con accesso diretto. Non abbiamo sfruttato la terrazza, ma è un bel plus... Comunicazione con l'host sempre immediata. Davvero consigliato

+Удачное расположение. 2 минуты хотьбы от фаникулера Сан Сальватор. До центра Лугано минут 15 пешком по ровной улице, вдоль озера - очень красиво. В аператментах есть все необходимое (туалетные принадлежности, посуда, посудомоечная машина, микроволновая печь, кофе-машина) Вид очень красивый на горы со всех сторон). Есть подземная парковка. Хозяин очень приветливый, откликается быстро на любые просьбы (нам заменели испорченную кофе машину). Заселение бесконтактное.

+L'appartement est spacieux et lumineux, doté d'une place de parking privée et sécurisée (ce qui est un avantage non négligeable). La literie est confortable. La climatisation est très appréciable lors des fortes chaleurs, comme cet été 2026. Placé à quelques pas des commerces, des centres d'intérêts, tel le funiculaire du monte San Salvatore, du bord du lac.
