“A home away from home in Lagos”

“Location was great, spacious but apartment is in need of some TLC.”

−It is in need of repairs. Nothing dangerous or health concerning but floors are popping up meaning it’s very uneasy. Someone that drags their heels or a toddler learning to walk/crawl will get hurt. The edges of the floor boards are very uneven. A lot of furniture is falling apart. Seems like it’s been dry and drawers fronts are falling off. Not enough toilet paper for our stay.

“Great property if it weren’t for the smell”

−Terrible smell that lingered on our clothes for days after checkout. We had to re wash everything. One of the showers worked well, but the other was leaking and doesn’t drain well.

“Nice stay inside the walled center”
+Smooth check in with a walk through of the flat by our contact person at the property management, including recommendations from paid or free parking, to where to go for groceries, coffee, or local food. Thanks Alexandre! We enjoyed our time at Lagos Centro.The location was good inside the walled center, and close to one of its access points, a walking distance from points of interest nearby The flat was comfortable and well equipped.
−The flat can accommodate six guests, yet there are only 5 forks!? Plus a couple of other kitchen items that didn’t add up. The shower curtain in the smaller bathroom is so short that water will spill out all over the floor, with nothing to contain it, as no floor mat/towel was provided. The decor is a little dated/odd. I’d suggest gathering some decorative local items to enhance the ambience. The bunk bed was a little noisy when moving around. It may need some tightening of the hardware.

+Прекрасне місце для відпочинку родиною! Є всі необхідні прилади - від пральної та посудомийної машини до блендера, кавоварки та ін.; є достатньо посуду, рушників, ковдр тощо для великої родини. Дві ванні кімнати, просторі та уютні кухня, спальні та зала - добре прибрані та облаштовані всім необхідним для комфортного перебування. Є місце для сушіння купальників. Окремо необхідно відзначити вдале розташування - в пішому доступі пляжі, кафе, ресторани, музеї, магазини.

+Localização muito boa, o Alexandre foi muito receptivo. Instalaçoes também muito boas.
−Então, os problemas que tivemos foram resolvidos em parte. O Alexandre trocou as cortinas do banheiro, porém ficamos sem ar condicionadovem 2 quartos.

“Ubicación perfecta para ir a Lagos”
+La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del centro histórico y a 7/8 minutos andando de las playas de batata y los estudiantes. Tenía todo lo necesario en cuanto a menaje de cocina.
−Lo único negativo de la estancia fue que 2 aire acondicionados no funcionaron, aunque nos avisaron al hacer el check in de que estaban averiados
