“Everything wasn’t up to standard”
+Honestly nothing
−We paid the full amount for this accommodation and have already expressed several concerns about our stay to the host. However, instead of feeling welcomed as paying guests, we feel as though we are being reprimanded like children. This is now the second time security has come knocking on our door to complain about noise, and on both occasions, the approach has been unnecessarily rude and confrontational. We understand the importance of being considerate of other guests and neighbours and we are not suggesting that we should be allowed to disturb others simply because we are on holiday. However, there is a respectful and professional way to address such concerns. We booked this accommodation to enjoy our holiday, not to feel policed or intimidated in a place we have paid to stay in. If there are noise complaints, they can be communicated to us respectfully rather than having security approach us with an attitude. The way this situation has been handled has significantly affected our experience, and it is disappointing that we have had to deal with this twice during our stay. “The host enjoys people’s money for nonsense”
+Nothing.
−Everything about the place. The place is dirty and has cockroaches. The host only comes to empty the dustbin few minutes before the guest arrives without doing any proper cleaning. Kitchen equipment is dirty and worn out. The beds are uncomfortable and bedding’s are not clean. The coach is very worn out and uncomfortable to sit on. The whole apartment smells like drain and has cockroaches. There are no enough towels. Only 1 poor quality towel provided per bathroom. The host does not pick up the phone or respond to messages when you need something. Bad bad bad!!

+The location is perfect, close to all things you may need.
−The facility could do with some improvement. I was there for work, but there was no table and chair, the couch is not comfortable at all, there are no lace curtains, so you can't open curtains. It could definitely be great with the right make over

“Expectations vs reality”
−We were given a different apartment, from the one which was displayed on the pictures when we were booking. Door handles were broken. Limited number of toilet papers for a 3 nights stay
