“Disappointing”
+The apartment is located on a prime location in Berlin. There are all sorts of restaurants around and U-Rosenthaler Platz is around the corner, making it super well connected.
−We were not provided with an internet connection, despite repeatedly requesting it, even though it was supposed to be included. Upon arrival, there was a strong smell of cigarettes smoke that persisted throughout our stay. All bathroom sinks were clogged, and the doors could not be locked. While the apartment is large, only one set of windows can be opened, making it impossible to ventilate the space properly.

“Really comfortable and well located big flat for groups and families.”
+It is a comfy and spacious flat in a really good location.
−We’ve been really good. There are a few things to improve to get the 10/10 rate. We found dirty under the low table and back the sofa. The sowers didn’t drain properly and we had special atention with the shower walls because it didn’t move properly. We also had to double check the wc buttons because sometimes they got stuck.

“Sincerely NOT RECOMMENDED”
+Only location is good :)
−Cleanness is very bad! A thick of dust indicates that apartment is handled too rarely or or staff is not very good :( Broken bed. We had to fix it by ourselves (not professionally, but..) because owner ignored our messages. But the bedding was white and clean. That's good. Living room &kitchen zone. Furniture is worn and dirty :( To sit on sofa was really unpleasant feeling. It's good that we were travelling by car so we had a blanket to cover it :) Moldy wall? Yes, it's here in apartment! Very bad thing - a lot of garbage containers outside right under the window... we rent apartment in winter time so we didn't see the rats, but we saw traps for mice. I think if You will rent apartment in summer time such a meeting is inevitable :)

“Nice, apart from the rats.”
+The location is superb. Good coffee shops, restaurants and shops within walkable distance. Public transport just a few minutes away. The apt is very spacious. Great for big groups as there are two bathrooms and three separate bedrooms.
−First things first, there was a rat in one of the bathrooms! We saw two rats in the hallway of the apt building, as well. This was a shock for us. An apology and a discount was offered, however we never received it. This definitely ruined our stay. The drain in one of the bathrooms got blocked the second day. The dishwasher didn't work. It can get a bit noisy as windows in both of the bedrooms are facing a courtyard. It was really hot and rooms were hard to air out.

−I’m writing this review to express my dissatisfaction in regards to my stay at the apartment due to the serious rodent infestation that has clearly been prevalent for a couple months. We booked in May, the issue was first mentioned in June but was only noticed the following day after our full money back cancellation period. Prior to staying one of the members of the group I booked this property with was reading reviews and noticed multiple reviews in relation to the dirty rat infested apartment. I wrote to the property 5 days before our booking expressing my concern regarding the rats as this is a serious health and safety issue however I received no communication until I was being asked to check-in my party and I. The check in process went as expected. The moment we got into the apartment we done a quick once over to check for any noticeable entry points into the flat and blocked them up. The big one we noticed under the shower in the bathroom across from the bedroom. This was clearly a rats nest and there was an abundance of what looked like shredded paper/foam that has been stored here. Everything seemed fine regarding the rats until day/night 5 where we noticed a pizza crust th
