+The apartment was quite spacious, very clean and comfortable with big balcony. WiFi was working well. Close to the metro and next to the Conad shop.
−There wasn't hot water in the shower at all. Despite messaging the owner, bo response back.

+The apartment is just super! New building, everything is very modern and beautiful! Everything is new and clean! Completely corresponds to the photo and even exceeds expectations! The apartment is very spacious, very comfortable bed! We had a great rest and sleep! Amazing terrace with a view of the basilica! There is a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board! There are many nice little things, extra bed linen and towels! You can feel the care in everything! In the neighboring building there is a good grocery store. There are many cafes nearby. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the metro. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the center. We are very grateful! When we are in Rome again, we will definitely choose this place to stay!
−The only difficulty was how to get into the apartment. But here it is more our fault, because we did not register on time. If we had done everything on time, then everything would have been fine. The owner promptly contacted us and helped us figure everything out! Therefore, our recommendation is to agree in advance how you will get into the building. But this could not spoil our impression. Everything else was top notch!

+A large, clean and bright apartment with a large balcony. A well stocked supermarket next door and a 10 min walk to the metro. Would definitely stay there again.
−The internet was a bit slow and this made using the dishwasher through an app difficult. It was not a problem as there was a range of cleaning materials available.

+Nos encantó, era precioso, al lado de una parroquia, a 10 min del metro q pesar de no estar céntrico. Tenia de todo de utensilios de cocina ( menos tostadora) el anfitrión muy amable, nos contestó rápido para poder entrar al apartamento ( eso sí se nos hizo un poco complicada la entrada con tanta modernidad , ya que va con códigos)
−El último día los vecinos hacían un ruido terrible y nos levantábamos pronto, no es nada insonoro, por suerte acabaron pronto la juerga.

+Lokal jak i stosunek jakości do ceny był świetny
−Fatalny, tak naprawdę nie istniejący kontakt z właścicielem. Nie odpowiada na maila, wiadomości na booking, ani nie odbiera telefonów i tak naprawdę tylko dzięki interwencji booking udało się dostać do mieszkania, po iewaz instrukcja wejścia bez klucza przesłana przez właściciela była nie jasna, a kontaktu z nim nie było ani kilka dni przed wyjazdem, ani dzień przed ani w dniu przyjazdu i przy próbie wejścia do lokalu. Gdyby nie booking nie mielibyśmy noclegu.

−Wir können über die Wohnung selbst keine Aussage machen, da es uns nicht gelungen ist, diese zu öffnen Bereits der Check-in Prozess war sehr umfangreich. (Nicht wie beschrieben, dass es 1 Minute dauert). Für den Zugang gab es dann 2 Codes für 2 externe Türen und für die Wohnungstür selbst gibt es dann keinen Code, sondern einen Link, dieser führt dann wiederum zu einer Website, die per Buttonklick, die Tür öffnen soll. Am Türschloss selbst wiederum, muss ein Code eingegeben werden. Bis jetzt erschließt sich mir nicht, wie es funktionieren soll. Der Vermieter war erst nicht erreichbar und dann schickte er nur nochmal den Link und sagte, dass wir damit alles haben. Es gab keine Unterstützung/ Erläuterung. Wir haben schließlich ein Hotel suchen müssen.
