“disappointing and terrible customer service”
+the location and the terrace, also a good sized apartment.
−the customer service, owner very rude and unprofessional. the washing machine and dishwasher was not working, but was on the description at time of booking. Broken couch and we were not given any compensation for having to bring our clothes elsewhere to wash and handwriting our dishes.

“Everything was broken. Nothing was provided. We were basically camping in a once nice apartment.”
+The terrace is a great feature of the property, but the sun canopy was broken, so there was no shade. The owner replaced it with straw, but this offered little relief, so we couldn't even take full advantage of this feature during the day.
−We stayed here last year and, although it was a little 'rustic' in terms of facilities and cleanliness, we returned again because we loved the terrace and location, and hoped that the property would be improved. Unfortunately the condition of the apartment was even more neglected this year. Specifically the following: Washing machine broken, Dishwasher broken, Sun canopy broken, cupboard doors hanging off in the hallway, Kitchen facilities very poor - there were some plates and bowls and cutlery, but no cooking utensils at all (even the bread knife and coffee pot I bought last year have been taken, as have all the wine glasses we bought last year), there were 4 small tumblers, no wine glasses, a coffee pot that could only make two small espressos at a time (in an apartment that can sleep 6!), so morning coffee was a chore, the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms broke while we were there and couldn't be repaired, so our unwell son was unable to sleep in the heat, the apartment was generally not very clean e.g. there was still a dirty sheet on the sofa bed when we pulled it out, there is no furniture in the bedrooms except a bed and a wardrobe, and there are no bedside tables or

“Great place for a short stay with no fuss.”
+We asked to meet the person with the key a bit earlier and then we ended up being late. The person was there waiting for us and met us outside of the building and gave us lot of recommendations. The view from the terrace is great and the electric blinds make it so easy to have a lie in with no sunlight coming in.
−It was a little difficult to find the building due to the numeration on the street, but the person handing over the keys met us outside the building when we called. The toilet seat was cracked and there was a lack of toiletries although advertised. The apartment could have been a little more clean.

+The view from the rooms and the huge terrace above is amazing, the host was helpful and easy to communicate with. There are mini markets and a bus stop right in front of the house, and a metro station 5 min walk, so you can easily reach any part of the city.
