+The apartment is in good location in the downtown. I appreciate the landlord allowed us to check-in at 1 PM vs official 4 PM. It has generous terrace, which is the main benefit of the apartment.
−The main pain point is a combination of the neighbours (couple of strong smokers) living 2 floors below and the fact the sofa is literally next to the entry door which do not prevent the cigarette smoke to enter the apartment. Despite the landlord installed an air cleaner, it helps only partially. I felt like sleeping in smoking room in old hotel. My children also complained on cigarette smoke. The entry door also does not create a sound barrier, so I heard the neigbours from 6 AM.While I understand the landlord cannot be responsible for the neigbours, this is a material disadvantage of this apartment. Perhaps installation of a new entry door would help.
