+Well located right in the centre of Chur, very scenic location but also very quiet. The apartment was really clean with a good range of kitchen utensils etc. Decent sized supermarket about 5 minutes walk away. About 10-15 minutes walk to the station if you are getting the Bernina Express
−Was a little hard to find the street in the dark and the numbers on the lockbox are not very clear. There were only a couple of sockets we could use as apparently Switzerland has its own style of socket (not the same as an EU socket) and our UK to EU adapters wouldn't fit

“A great stay”
+Great location, 10 minutes from the staion. It is right by the Old Town, but tucked away in a quiet square. Very comfortable and clean.

−The dishwasher was out of service and the plug in the sink didn’t work, which made washing up difficult - in addition, there was a note saying we’d be charged CHF35 if we left the washing up - not the worst issue but inconvenient as it was difficult to wash up with no plug. The shower didn’t drain so flooded. The lighting in the bedroom was very poor and there were wires hanging out of the ceiling. Had to move the microwave off the work top in order to safely use the hob. If we’d been staying any length of time these things would have been more inconvenient. And for CHF200 for one night was disappointing.

“Departamento cómodo para estadías cortas.”
+El departamento está muy bien ubicado en la ciudad vieja. Se llega caminado de la estación de tren en 17 minutos. Atención que el GPS marca que has llegado a destino, pero en realidad la calle Arca está atrás del lugar que te marca. Hay que seguir derecho, doblar a la izquierda y luego a la izquierda nuevamente. Habría que probar de poner en el destino del GPS Plaza Arca, para ver si lo resuelve mejor. Al principio me costo ubicar el lugar. El depto tiene dos camas single y está bien equipado. Hay un super mercado COOP a 5 cuadras enorme. Nosotros pasamos una noche y cumplió con nuestras expectativas. A la noche no pudimos prender los dos artefactos para iluminar la mesa para la cena. Seguramente estaban quemadas las lamparas. El baño está en desnivel, y hay que bajar 4 escalones y tiene lavarropas.

“Very nice apartment!”
+Situated in old town, super cute area. The apartment was very nice and comfortable! And even though it was 35 degrees outside and the apartment does not have air condition, it stayed pretty cool (there were also fans) which was nice.
