“Living in the neighborhood.”
+Location was perfect. Many wonderful restaurants in walking distance. Jessica was the perfect host. Sent us videos in order to ensure we would have no problems reaching her charming apartment!

−Not knowing that there was no parking & all the stairs. Very difficult with a 25kg suitcase. Meant for younger backpackers.

“Two nights in a lovely apartment in Agrigento”
+An absolutely gorgeous apartment with very soft beds, great Internet, and all of the things you possibly need for cooking. A really comfortable place to stay and happy to recommend to other travellers. We were lucky to get an early check in and Jessica was very quick with her responses on WhatsApp. She also gave us the name of a driver to take us to the Turkish stairs, because the hop on hop off bus finished at the end of August. I believe a driver is the only way to get to the stairs comfortably, as the buses stop quite a long way away and you would have to walk. However, the bus to the valley of temples was fairly easy to negotiate and very cheap. Jessica also recommended eating in a restaurant called Opera and it was not too expensive and lovely food.
−The only thing we didn’t like about the apartment was the stairs to get to it. And this is not something that Jessica can control. I think it would be best to get a taxi from the train station if you were staying at there because you would find it much easier with baggage. However when we left the apartment it was much easier taking the bags down the stairs so not an issue.

“Fantastic stay in a traditional Italian apartment.”
+Jessica was the perfect host, clear and concise instructions for finding the property and then getting in to the property were provided. We arrived to find some delicious Sicilian Canolli had been left in the fridge, which was a lovely touch. The apartment is situated very close to the main shopping / eating street of Agrigento, amongst narrow streets, this really gives the visitor a flavour of life in Italy, with neighbours talking across streets through windows and everyday life happening all around.
−Nothing was amiss and even if something had been, I feel certain that a simple contact with Jessica would have seen any issues resolved immediately, she really is a great host.
