“Ok but would go to a hotel next time.”
+The location was perfect
−No AC, the second and third bedroom were literally in the attic where you had to constantly remember to bed down or you hit your head on the beams. It was cramped upstairs and so hot you could barely breath.

“Great spot for a stay in Menaggio”
+Ideal location. Sizeable apartment with all required facilities.
−It was very hot, especially at night, and would benefit from air conditioning. The company managing the property were very slow with communication, they closed their office before the time listed and the after hours number just rang out.

“We had a great time in Menaggio and the location is perfect. Apartment could do with some TLC.”
+The location of the property is superb. The information provided was good and I received quick response to any queries. The welcome gift box was a lovely touch.
−The property is fairly tired and in need of some TLC. We found that neither of the electrical sockets by the beds in all of the bedrooms worked, which meant whilst there were bedside lights, it was not possible to use them. The pipe on the upstairs shower was split and therefore we were unable to use it and this resulted in 5 people all having to use the downstairs shower which, was less than ideal. There are no blinds on either of the sky lights in the upstairs rooms which means the rooms are very light from 5.30am. Additionally some of the power sockets seem loose, particularly the one in the kitchen area and to me seemed a little unsafe. Despite those things we still had a great time.

“Lovely location”
+The kids liked the staircase and their rooms.
−It wasn't the cleanest, there were bits of rubbish and food around the apartment when we arrived. Also the milk in the welcome package was 2 months out of date.

+Perfect location for restaurants.Accessible to ferries for visiting Varenna and Bellagio. Also, ideal for getting to supermarkets. Proximity to bus station good particularly should visitors wish to make day trip to Lugano, Switzerland. Overall,brilliant experience.
−Perhaps for those arriving late on better means of communicating how to collect property keys.

“Superb”
+Great location with amazing views. Plenty of room for us w our 2 adult children. Close to water, restaurants and shopping. Elevator to get luggage up w no issues. Loved everything about it. Ice in the freezer!!! (It's the little things)
−Italy doesn't do wash clothes, curious. But really that is not an issue!!!
