“Disappointing holiday experience: Mains cold water supply to the property disrupted for eight days!”
+Location of the property is excellent the views from the balcony are amazing but there really should be an awning above the balcony because by about four pm in the afternoon the sun shines right into the patio and it's unusable however there's an old large parasol on the patio that you can use to block out the sun but that sort of sums up the owner's attitude frankly. The property is in a very quiet peaceful area the property isn't a detached property it's a semi-detached bungalow joined to the adjacent property next door. The neighbours are very nice and keep themselves to themselves however the next door neighbour on the right of the property is renovating his property he has a CCTV camera pointing into the pool area of La Perla that issue needs addressed by the owner of La Perla and her neighbour. In short the accommodation is quite old and requires maintenance work done in a number of areas of the property the balustrade surrounding the pool area is crumbling in places and there's a 30 foot drop from the patio to the road below the property, the pool itself has clearly seen better days and the tiles just above the water line have been repaired with silicone probably because the
−Where to start! We lost the water supply to the accommodation on day three of our holiday and it continued to be disrupted for another eight days until finally the water supply to the accommodation finally gave up on day eight, there was water to the property just not to the actual accommodation, because the whole house water pump finally failed on day eight. The owners simply kicked the can down the road until they had no option but to replace the pump, which costs incidentally €220, on day nine. I had to carry buckets of water into the accommodation to fill the two WC cisterns in order to use the toilets, we couldn't use the showers when the water supply went off but eventually the owner let us have access to the adjacent property to use the shower and facilities in that property but frankly that property wasn't really ready for anyone to use as it hadn't been cleaned following the previous clients leaving but it was better than nothing I suppose. The swimming pool was cleaned once in fourteen days despite the owner telling us that it would be cleaned twice a week so by day twelve the pool was unusable but apparently I had to call the owner and ask for the pool to be cleaned. “accès particulièrement difficile”
+Le cadre et la vue : la maison offre une vue magnifique et un environnement particulièrement calme et reposant. La propreté et le confort : le logement est très beau, d'une propreté irréprochable et très bien équipé pour le quotidien.
−L’accès très difficile et dangereux : la pente pour accéder à la maison est extrêmement raide, risquée et compliquée pour les voitures. L’éloignement des plages : les plages sont difficiles d’accès et totalement impossibles à rejoindre à pied. La télévision : l’écran est très petit, ancien, avec très peu de chaînes et le satellite ne fonctionnait pas.

−No tenemos queja de nada, solo hay que tener en cuenta que para ver Almuñécar o Salobreña, e ir a la playa, hay que utilizar el coche.

“Fantásticas vistas”
+Es un chalet muy cómodo, con vistas impresionantes, bien equipado y limpio. Renata un amor de mujer que nos recibió y estuvo atenta a nuestras dudas y nos informó de sitios para comer, playas cercanas … muy amable. Volveremos!!
−La única pega para nosotros fueron los colchones que son algo duros. El resto perfecto

“Desconexión total entre montañas y playa”
+El alojamiento está muy bien para desconectar, la relación con Renata muy buena en todo momento , nos ayudó en todo . Al llegar estaba todo muy limpio y la piscina impecable. Las vistas increíbles. Ver el atardecer desde la terraza es súper bonito. Volveremos a repetir sin duda.
−Tienes que tener coche y cogerlo para todo, no hay nada cerca de la urbanización que se pueda ir andando. Lo más cercano son 7-10 minutos en coche, tanto la playa como algún supermercado en el pueblo de Almuñécar. No olvidar que son 200€ de fianza al entrar pero que los devuelven directamente si está todo en orden.

+Las vistas son increíbles, hemos estado muy agusto! Un sitio perfecto para descansar y desconectar. Es un sitio muy acogedor y no le falta de nada.
