“Lovely relaxing cabin”
+It was well out in the wilderness, well it certainly seemed so when we arrived in the dark but it was fine in our hire car. The location was peaceful and as everyone's said the views are amazing.
−It was all lovely. :) I wasn't expecting the owners to live in the same compound but it was nice having them around.

+This was a very calm and welcoming place to stay, with a strong sense of rustic charm throughout. One of the highlights was the warmth of the hosts. Inés and Bryan live on site, which made a real difference, as they were readily available and happy to help with anything that came up, whilst still offering plenty of space and privacy. On arrival, I was greeted with a hug and a Spanish omelette, which immediately set a relaxed and friendly tone. During my stay, Inés also made a lentil and vegetable soup, which was very much appreciated and felt like a thoughtful, personal touch. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, and the setting was peaceful, with a strong sense of tranquillity. The location is also very convenient, around a five to ten minute drive to El Cotillo and within easy reach of Corralejo, making it simple to explore the surrounding area whilst still enjoying a quiet base. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, welcoming place to stay, with hosts who are genuinely present and attentive. I would be very happy to return.

“Magnifique petit chalet bien équipé avec piscine et zone de sport 🇪🇸”
+Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et on voit qu’ils font tout leur possible pour que les hôtes soient satisfaits ! La piscine et la zone de sport est vraiment un gros avantage. Le chalet est très bien équipé pour cuisiner. Il y avait noté sans wifi sur Booking mais finalement il y en avait, ce qui est un gros avantage. Les propriétaires nous on offert un plat de fruit pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue et nous a dis bonjour et au revoir en personne. C’est très calme et sûrement la première fois que je suis dans un endroit où on entend juste le vent souffler.
−Contrairement à ce qu’on pensait, le chalet n’est pas au milieu de nul part comme on croyait. Mais est en fait dans une sorte de camping avec la maison des propriétaires collée au chalet et plusieurs caméras dans la zone. Les propriétaires sont quand même relativement discret mais il est important de savoir ça. Je suggérerais de déplacer la caméra qui filme le jardin privatif, ça nous a donné l’impression d’être observer.

+Super endroit. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins. Si vous cherchez un endroit calme avec des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle, c'est l'endroit idéal. Nous reviendrons

“Ottima sistemazione immersa nella natura e nel silenzio ma facile da raggiungere”
+Abbiamo scelto La Maxada per la sua posizione immersa nella natura ma non troppo isolata e distante da El Cotillo, e abbiamo scelto bene! Ines e Bryan ci hanno accolti con simpatia, cordialità ma anche con riservatezza. L'alloggio è esattamente come rappresentato, ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno confortevole. Per chi apprezza il barbecue è il posto ideale grazie alle attrezzature esterne.
−essere immersi nella natura richiede qualche attenzione: di sera è bene spegnere la luce esterna prima di entrare per evitare che entrino insetti

“Luces y sombras”
+La localización del alojamiento, cerca del pueblo y el entorno bonito y tranquilo.
−La privacidad es nula ya que ellos viven al lado y da la sensación de que están todo el rato pendiente de ti. La propietaria fuerza mucho la relación y puede resultar incómodo. Nosotros enviamos un WhatsApp cuando abandonamos la propiedad despidiéndonos y a Inés le sentó muy mal que no le avisáramos en persona y nos lo hizo saber de no muy buenas maneras al ir a recoger un calzado que nos habíamos olvidado. Además, nos hizo saber que encontró el calzado pero no nos había avisado porque quería que volviésemos a despedirnos de ella. Esto nos supuso una hora y media de ida y otra de vuelta hasta donde estábamos alojados en ese momento, cosa que se podría haber evitado en caso de avisarnos en el momento. Por último, es demasiado insistente con que dejes una reseña. En cuanto a la cabaña, no dispone de extractor ni detector de monóxido aún siendo la cocina a gas. Las puertas y las ventanas no aíslan del todo.

+Tutto. Casetta in legno (no appartamento) accogliente immersa nel silenzio e nella pace. A 10min di macchina da el cotillo e la spiaggia. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibilissima. Una delle migliori sistemazioni mai viste.
