“Florance is magnificent, we received a very friendly welcome. Host and co was fantastic!”
+Everything was good
−One bathroom- but it does state clearly in description, it was just too small for a family with grown kids :-)

“Quiet stay in a beautiful city.”
+This apartment worked out perfectly for our family of 4. Our teens shared a room, but had the luxury of having their own beds. This was a major plus for them. The apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Our host was very responsive and was at the apartment to meet us just before we arrived -- no waiting or worrying!
−We chose to stay a short walk outside of the major city center which was great for pricing and more of a quiet location. If you are happy to walk a little more, as we are, this is no problem and a good trade off.

“Exceptional”
+The location was perfect, including near a tram stop. The staff was very accommodating and the facilities worked well.
−The street and building noise was distracting at times. It is understandable considering that we were near the center of Florence.

“Great location, nice and cozy and clean.”
+Great location, nice and cozy and clean. Host was very accommodating and easy to contact.
−New tram line runs past apartment so it was a bit noisy and hard to access for vehicles.

“Lovely Bright Apartment in Florence”
+This is a great little 2-bedroom apartment in a residential block, on a lovely quiet street, yet still in the heart of the city of Florence. Very clean and well-equipped for our 2-night stay, and we especially liked the fact that we actually had 2 separate bedrooms - travelling with 2 teenage daughters, the usual sofa-bed scenario when you book an apartment is not always ideal. This was perfect for our needs.
−Nothing really. It was all good, perhaps could do with a bit more comfortable seating in the lounge area, but I appreciate that space is limited?

+Location was fantastic, beds were comfortable, apartment clean.
−It was a bit hard to find due to the construction going on directly in front of the building, but that's not the hosts fault.

“We would highly recommend this apartment for a family due to its space and location. We loved it.”
+The location was amazing, 15 minutes walk to the cathedral, the train station and where the coach tours depart from. You can walk into central Florence within 25 minutes. The apartment was fully equipped for our family.
−We had a very late check in and sadly the keys weren’t correct so we had to wait a while to be let in. It would have been easier if the property was already open and ready for us, especially after 9 hours of travelling. This was a one off and i am sure this doesn’t happen often but we could really have done without this issue on arrival. Everything else was lovely.
