“Dissappointing”
+Maria was lovely and left us a delicious cake for breakfast. The location was excellent for facilities, particularly the metro.
−The bathroom was too small, and the shower was virtually unusable because it was only just wide enough to stand in - any attempt to move risked knocking the controls resulting in scalding water. The main bedroom was too small with no storage facility for clothes and the bed too small to fit two people comfortably. The kitchen area was poorly-equipped, poorly organised and too cramped. The location meant that it was very noisy (particularly during the Easter weekend), with the noise of car horns and sirens into the early hours, while the window in the main bedroom is single-glazed so there was nothing to reduce the noise. A minor query about a difference between statements on Booking.com and the residence with reference to tourist tax was met with a very aggressive and unpleasant response from the owner. It is worth making sure that people are aware that the lift goes only half way and that the stairs in the final part are extremely steep and high.

“Superb”
+The accommodation is very nice, in a more than excellent location in the modest center of what I think is the most beautiful part of Naples. Clean apartment, staff at your service at all times. As far as the above is concerned, all praise. We will return again in the same accommodation if we come to Naples again, so a recommendation for everyone.
−The only downside is the bathroom, or rather the shower, which is a bit inconvenient because it's a very narrow space, but when I look at all the other advantages, that downside can be ignored.

“Fabulous hosts”
+The apartment was pleasant and quite rustic with floor tiles and wooden beams. Being in the roofspace this impacts on how the apartment is laid out. The owners were fantastic in reacting to a few issues we had with the apartment and the problems we had were sorted the same day. They also allowed us to check in early and provided lots of recommendations for local restaurants and where the nearest supermarket was. The location was very close to a lot of the must see places, or within a short distance. There were plenty of cafes, restaurants close by and the metro was a short walk away. The apartment was secure and had air conditioning which was a bonus, however this was only in the main living area. I cannot comment on the small oven or gas hob as we ate out every day, however we did make use of the washing machine which was a bonus. Croissants and biscuits were provided along with coffee and and sugar. From looking at Booking.com website there is a larger apartment (there are 4 in total) with 2 bathrooms, if this had been available it would have suited us better.
−Both bedrooms were on the smaller side and we ended up taking the room with single beds as it had a cupboard and some drawers. The other room has a small double which would have been uncomfortable for 2 people unless they were very slim, especially as it was so warm at night, so my son had that room. There was no storage in that room. We did get attacked by mosquitos even with screens on the windows, which we kept shut, the mosquitos still got through. The owner kindly provided some mosquito spray. We didn't use the stove or oven as we ate out every day apart from the odd bowl of cereal/cup of coffee. The bathroom again is on the small side. We struggled with the shower as we aren't the smallest of individuals and the temperature was difficult to regulate as the regulator gets knocked as you try to wash. The shower is not particularly deep or wide. There is a shower curtain but this didnt always prevent water getting onto the floor and drenching the mats/towels we put down. The apartment is at the top of the building so is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or are unfit. “Very good”
+Great, central location. metro is 2 mins away, everything within walking distance. We only use transport to airport and getting out of Naples Host is very responsive, friendly and polite.
−Extremely small shower. It is literally 40 cm wide which makes it difficult to shower. Bathroom was always wet and covered in water after a shower. I would say for that reason not suitable for families and long stays. I would suggest max 2-3 days

“Good”
+The location was excellent - close to subway, directly in historical city center. We got precise directions and both check in and check out were quick. Also the feeling of the accomodation is very authentic, a good thing from my point of view.
−As others already noted, the shower is super small, you end up flooding the bathroom no matter what you do and the water temperature oscillates between absolute zero and tungsten-melting. The kitchen features dull knife, empty lighter and eg. no kettle.

“Amazing location!”
+The location is amazing. Just next to piazza dante so easy to walk or take the metro anywhere. The flat is comfortable and I don’t have any complaints! I stayed here with my dog for 8 nights and we felt safe and comfortable here. I had to work a few of my days here and the internet connection was great!
−The shower was on the tiny side so it was hard to shower without getting water everywhere.

“OK til prisen. Dejligt centralt, småt og køkken og badefaciliteterne var ikke optimale”
+Beliggenheden var central. Der var dejligt roligt , og sengene var ok.
−Der manglede en del service i køkkenet, og der var mange myg der gjorde det svært at sove. Badeværelset var meget lille og brusekabinen alt for lille så der var vand overalt. Også fordi vandet var umuligt at temperaturregulere. Det var stressende at skulle kommunikere med værten på flere platforme, både booking og watts app.

“Pomer kvalita a cena je adekvátny, čistý apartmán , výborná klimatizácia a poloha.”
−Šírka a hĺbka sprchového kúta je 70 cm X 70 cm. Pre ľudí, ktorí sa tam nevojdú neexistuje alternatíva na umytie a osprchovanie.
