+A fantastic view from the terrace, a comfortable apartment, well equipped. Close to the center of Assisi. A very nice reception on site.

“Historic Apartment on High”
+The location is inside the village via narrow winding roads. We had to txt and go looking for address on foot . The landlady met us outside promptly to confirm and assist with managing the car into the tight garage. The outside veranda had great roof top views of city . Bedroom and lounge / kitchen were spacious.
−Laundry was down 4 flights of stairs in garage so we did not do washing here. Some confusion over where to leave keys . A drop box is needed!

“La terrazza”
+Ottima la posizione centrale per poter visitare comodamente Assisi a piedi Bellissima e panoramica la terrazza. Molto utile avere il box.

+Wyjątkowy apartament ,który w pełni pokrywa się z opisem w ofercie.Cudowne miejsce z genialnym, dużym tarasem i przepięknym widokiem na Asyż, który robi niesamowite wrażenie. Lokalizacja jest perfekcyjna - wszędzie blisko, a logistyka bezproblemowa. Ogromne podziękowania należą się pani Laurze za sprawny kontakt i jasne udzielenie wszystkich informacji. Pani Laura jest niezwykle miła, a jej profesjonalne podejście sprawiło, że nawet chwilowy kłopot przestał być problemem i został natychmiast rozwiązany. Moja ocena 10/10- Rodzina 3 osoby/ 3doby.

“Una delizia sui tetti di Assisi”
+La Mansarda è molto bella. Ha luminosi finestroni che guardano verso il terrazzo e verso il panorama. Anche dalla camera da letto si ha una bellissima vista. La casa è molto pulita e dotata di tutti gli accessori necessari. Il terrazzo molto spazioso, piacevole e con una magnifica vista sulla città. La Sig.ra Laura molto cordiale e disponibile. Il garage utilissimo per noi che eravamo in moto (per le auto lo spazio è un po' ridotto). L'appartamento ha un potenziale enorme ma, a mio parere, non espresso del tutto (mi spiego sotto). Il mio giudizio sulla Mansarda è sicuramente posivo e consiglio a tutti di andarci.
−Non c'è nulla in particolare che non mi sia piaciuto ma con piccoli accorgimenti potrebbe diventare un luogo delizioso. Le luci in tutta la casa sono piuttosto scadenti (o poco luminose o troppo o, in qualche caso, mancanti). Qualche lume con luci tenue farebbe molto effetto. Il bagno, benchè sufficientemente funzionante, è troppo datato e andrebbe ammodernato (lo scarico doccia funziona male). Anche la cucina, benchè completa, sarebbe da sistemare. Ribadisco, nulla di particolare.
