“Good spot”
+In a great location, down the steps onto the main road in the bottom. Up the steps to the top of Modica. Free parking was at the bottom of the alley steps leading to the property, on the road side. Would stay again. Modica is a lovely place but you are up and down lots of steps. Lots of nice restaurants. Nice clean property. Great shower, washer if you need it. Comfortable beds.
−Not that I didn't like it, would have liked extra towels. Maybe some English speaking TV channels. Coffee machines are ok, but to brew tea i had to boil water in a pan. A kettle would be good. This is not the property for you unless you are able to climb the steps and carry your luggage. As you may have to walk from the roadside parking.

+La ubicación muy próxima a la catedral. Está cuidado igual que en las fotos El check out es a las 11:00 … y a las 10:52 nos llamaron al timbre las de la limpieza para que saliéramos . Me parece un detalle feo y de poca educación. Salimos 11:00 exacto , pero no hace falta que vengan a molestarme cuando estoy terminando de recoger mi equipaje
−El día anterior te envían un formulario que debes completar para poder recibir instrucciones del checkin. Hay que completar bastantes datos de todos los huéspedes y además enviar foto del documento de identidad. Como cliente creo que haces el trabajo del propietario y además envías un documento, que es lo habitual, pero dudoso en cuanto a leyes de protección de datos . Pienso que o lo uno o lo otro . Las dos cosas , no. Y si es necesario completar el formulario , te lo deberían enviar con antelación , no cuando estás de viaje y la cobertura es mala y es complicado hacerlo. Yo viajo con portátil porque teletrabajo y me llevó un rato hacerlo , pero para algunos clientes que solo tengan móvil y con poca habilidad de uso de tecnologías , esto sería un problema
