“Gorge-ous!”
+Stayed in February for one night. Located in the old part of town with a wonderful view over the gorge, five minutes walk from bars and shops, with parking right outside. Plenty of room, fully equipped kitchen. Wonderful, helpful, communicative owner.

“Lovely stay at wonderful authentic home with spectacular terrace and view”
+We had a perfect stay at this pretty, charming, clean, warm and authentic home in the beautiful historical centre. The terrace provides a gorgeous view over the ravine, as it was originally a guard post. The hostess could not have been kinder, she gave us tips, provided flyers, maps and info about the area, and granted us our special requests. Check in was smooth and easy, and parking right by the house. We loved hiking along the ravine, and the area has many other interesting places for sightseeing, like Ginosa and Matera, 3 days here was not nearly enough. Conveniently a little shop and good restaurants are within walking distance. The matrimonial bed and even the fold out beds were very comfortable, the loft is lovely, the kitchen functional, and the shower hot. We loved staying here, and highly recommend it!

“Wonderfully relaxing stay over New Year with a great friendly host.”
+Location and character/history of the property - situated in a lovely historic area tucked away from the busier town centre. Cosy and quiet (except for New Years Eve!)
−Adequate but limited range of cooking equipment. No kettle for tea/hot water - just coffee machine.

“Prima appartement voor verkenning van de omgeving.”
+Ruim appartement met alles erop en eraan, centraal gelegen, vlakbij restaurants en winkels. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw Nadia!
−Bereikbaarheid: het was voor ons onduidelijk of we de ZLT-zone in mochten met onze auto. Dit bleek uiteindelijk wel te kunnen (ZLT gold tot 1 september). We konden wel goed parkeren voor de Toeristeninformatiebureau op Piazza Plebiscito, wat ook goed bereikbaar was. Vandaar ongeveer 50 meter lopen naar het appartement. Verder kloppen de foto's niet allemaal met de huidige situatie, m.n. het balkonterras viel tegen: geen pergola meer.

“Laterza e la sua Ferula.”
+Posto bellissimo immerso nel centro storico antico di Laterza e con vista sulle gravine, ove regna la pace e tranquillità e si mangia beatamente. Speriamo in futuro di ritornare ancora, magari con meno caldo. La signora Nadia, simpaticissima e sempre pronta ad ogni evenienza, necessità o richiesta.

+Grande soggiorno con cucina attrezzata, camera sul soppalco, delizioso il piccolo terrazzino. Proprietaria molto gentile, ci ha dato ottime indicazioni per visitare e cenare.

+We arrived very late, and Nádia was amazing! She waited for us at the time we arrived and took us to the accommodation; the access road to the house was closed, so she guided us there. She even went with us to the pizzeria to order pizzas for us to eat at that late hour. She was very attentiouse and recommended excellent places and restaurants to visit.
