+Roberto is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is ok for two people. Small but clean.
−You need to be able to.climb 4 stories (in return that make good views) The sorroundings (street) are quite dirty, but Ithink that's a problem of the whole city

“Good Catania Base”
+Host was really nice and accommodating, he let us check in early. Ac was ice cold, view was nice and water was in the fridge.
−Neighbourhood is kida run down which might scare some people off. Bed could use a night table, and the bathroom could use a shower upgrade.

+SUPERRRR. Lokalizacja doskonała, 10 minut do centrum. Autobusy miejskie i alibus na lotnisko blisko, stacja kolejowa i dworzec autobusowy 20 minut. Kawiarnia prawie pod oknami z pyszną tanią kawką i arancini. Katania piękna choć zaniedbana. W apartamencie wszystko czego potrzebujesz (łącznie z pralką). Jak ktoś ma wysokie oczekiwania estetyczne to może być rozczarowany. Jednak w tej cenie to rewelacja. Klimatyzacja sprawna w pokoju i w kuchni. No i ten cudowny taras z widokiem na Etnę do prywatnej dyspozycji. Czego chcieć więcej!!!!!
−Jak włączycie dwie klimatyzacje i kuchenkę wywala korki. Pamiętajcie o tym. Ja zapomniałam i była chwila bez prądu i szukanie bezpieczników. ALE JEST CO WSPOMINAĆ :))))))

+Apartament zlokalizowany w klimatycznych uliczkach Katanii z dużym tarasem na dachu, skąd było widać Etnę. Właściciel czekała na mnie mimo opóźnienia, wszytko pokazał i wyjaśnił. W kuchni i w łazience widać trochę upływ czas, jednak pełne wyposażenie i przesympatyczny właściciele rekompensuje to wszytko. Moim zdaniem apatrament jest bardzo dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Katanii.

+Roberto fue muy amable, familiar y atento. Nos recomendó diferentes lugares para ver en Catania y restaurantes. Estábamos a 20 minutos del centro caminando.
−El apartamento esta en un quinto piso sin ascensor. La escalera esta muy degradada y hay que ir con cuidado al subir.

−Overall, the apartment was comfortable, it wasn’t particularly clean, and the bathroom was especially disappointing in terms of cleanliness, which was surprising since that is the place where guests expect the highest level of hygiene. The air conditioning only works when you are inside the apartment and the key card is inserted into the power slot. However, you have to take the key card with you every time you leave because it is attached to the apartment keys. In addition, the apartment is located on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. This is important information that should be clearly stated for guests who may have difficulty climbing stairs, as we only found this out upon arrival.
