“Amazing apartment in a great part of Venice not too touristy”
+Lovely apartment in a great location of Venice .rosanna was a brilliant host always helpful and so friendly, layout was great nice bedroom with comfy bed well stocked kitchen and easy to cook meals and fabulous garden/ courtyard for eating out. Shower a bit small but it was not a problem and should not put anyone off. So quiet and peaceful and close to a great supermarket the ghetto area some lovely bars and restaurants and easy access to the water ferry. We were sad to leave we were so comfortable there.

“Quiet and quaint Cannaregio apartment with private garden -- very much recommended and good value!”
+Excelllent and charming little apartment, very quiet,t with an enclosed private garden and table sitting four people. Everything needed in the kitchen and bathroom, lots of nice cafes and restaurants (40 Ladoni!) nearby. Good location, a bit off the tourist track, but close enough to the main sights.
−The mosquitos in the garden. Everything else!

+Location & courtyard a real bonus. Rosanna metbus at the property for checkin to show ys around. Also responsive to queries during stay. If we are ever so fortunate to return to Venice, would stay again.

“Great location -- you really feel like you're in Venice -- comfortable. Rosanna is a great host”
+Great location -- 20 minute walk to Santa Lucia, 8 minutes to a vaporetto stop, well-stocked supermarket and good restaurants nearby. You really feel like you're in Venice. Rosanna is a thoughtful, communicative, and helpful host. Kitchen has essentials although you'll have to get used to Italian-style coffee making. Shower is tight but manageable. Ground floor so no stairs. You really feel like you're in Venice. Highly recommended for single person or a couple.
−Wifi went on the blink while we were there -- we had backup so we were okay. Rosanna is working on it so I doubt it will be a problem for future guests.

“With only 4 nights, our trip felt way too short and we want to come back.”
+Canareggio is a quieter neighborhood away from the tourist crowds and is just a great place to be. Rossana has made this apartment to feel like home - from her paintings on the walls, to the tasteful choice of every detail. This apartment has great space and in addition has a small courtyard with a table to enjoy the outside. You rarely see another property with such amenities.

“A good cultural experience”
+I really liked the area because it was quiet and remote, but very lively at night. There were many good restaurants and bars within walking distance. I enjoyed the locals that added flair to our stay. Lastly, the terrace was a great little area to relax in after a busy day.
−The bathroom was very small and uncomfortable. Only one person can be in it at a time. After bathing, it can be hazardous to move around in it as you are literally stepping on the wet area that is the shower.

“Wunderbare echtes Venezianers Stadthaus Appartment mit Hinterhof im ruhigen und schönsten Stadtviertel”
+Super Lage, abseits vom Trubel, dabei aber in kurzer Fußweg Entfernung alles erreichbar, (Wasser)Bus Stationen und Supermarkt in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Stadtteil ist wunderschön und ruhig im Vergleich. Das Apartment ist ein klassisches Venezianisches Stadthaus in der Seitenstraße eines Kanals und mit einem kleinen Hinterhof inkl. Terrasse.
−Die Konstruktion mit der Duschwand ist speziell aber machbar. Man muss etwas puzzeln.
